ARCHI LIFE so far... :)

Now I get a little hint of how's archi life is going to end up, thanks to Mr. Lim, my Personal Tutor of 01/02. It's going to be crazy!

I tried that too, staying up late till 2-3am everyday to rushed our projects/assignments. Damn it's challenging to keep up with. I like it! :)

Back to class, combination of 01 and 02 are just too awesome. We have perfect combo for Personal tutors too, Mr. Chiew and Mr. Lim. They are so GREAT!

Class bonding are getting a kick-start. We were rushing primer one , Fibonacci Cryptex project now, so had to converse with everyone. Most of us attended the night concert by the symphonic band and daiko too, entertaining. Samuel DSLR comes in handy for us to cam-hog! :X

Not forgetting, the class reps and asst. reps. 01 rep is NICK and asst. rep is SAMUEL. 01 rep is ME and asst. rep is WAYNE. love it! :D

Freshman Orrientation WEEK!

WOW. School does start early. I heard that SP 'Freshman Orientation Week' started first among all POLYs.

Luckily, Architecture students, we were exceptions from the word "EARLY". Our starting time was 1.30pm on Mon, 1pm on Tues, Wed - NO SCHOOL, Thurs 8am (Flag Day), Fri - NO SCHOOL. While other courses started their orientation from 8am we had it in the afternoon and ended EARLIER than them. UNBELIEVABLE. Sad, Wed they have school too. haha! :D

Suddenly, realisation dawns upon me that I'm really getting busy with my NEW POLY FRIENDS! AWESOME! ^^

Today, Tuesday.

We had our FO Briefing at W513. It was so short. We were soon guided to our STUDIO, 2 classes shared 1. It's awesome. Cosy and Simple layout. It's said to be our second home, our favourite hideout. Archi bags will be the lightest among all too, cause in our studio we had a computer to ourselves. No laptop is required, softwares are just too expensive.

Today, I'm OUTSTANDING along with Abdullah and Elizabeth. Our computers were too stubborn that they "access denied" us to our accounts due to FAIL TRUST for our 'passwords'. We thought it was our passwords problem, but it wasn't. So in the end, I know a lot of people due to this incident. I'm also shifted from the END to the Upmost FRONT of the studio, just in front of my Personal Tutor (PT), Mr. Lim.

Guess what, Thursday will be our Flag Raising Day. After that, Abdullah agreed to tell Mr. Lim that both of us want to volunteer to be class reps. Can't wait! =)

FLASHERS in Starbucks!

Last Sunday, went ice skate with Kimberly, Isaac and Abdullah. It was so cool! Somehow among them, I'm the BEST Ice Skater.

Why? Cause I didn't fall at all, almost! Thanks to Isaac and Abdullah grabbing me in time.

So what's the best part? Definitely, Abdullah falling! He fell a total of more than 15 times, I wondered how he did that. AMAZING! I was guiding him throughout. In the end, He learnt Ice Skating. Satisfying.

Poor Isaac, He fell a total of 5 times, but he got the worst injuries. He have cuts on his face and arms. Recover soon! :)

Time sure past sooner than we knew it. Soon 2 hours ended. I learnt how to skate backwards properly and BREAK on ice technique. Some random pro taught me. Thanks!

Had our lunch at Burger King, before proceeding to Starbucks to have a break to chat. Lots of pictures taken too. Isaac sure is a Photo-freak! He kept asking us take pictures of him and all of us together! MEMORIES, I know.

LIFE seems pretty interesting these days. I have met new friends from Singapore Poly. Now it seems like Secondary School friends doesn't matter much to me. To think about it, since when do I have friends in my cohort. I rarely keep in touch with any. Yupps, I'm a loner.

Seriously, I can't wait till 11 April'11! ORIENTATION. I have a feeling that it will turn out AWESOME. ABE! :) Good News, I'm in the same class as Abdullah. DARCH/FT/1A/02. Buddy Classmate of Wern Ferng. Looking forward to do projects with them when lessons officially started. Timetable's out too.

Back to FLASH-ers! Yes, we are united as ever! Meeting Kimberly, Isaac, Abdullah tomorrow at KLP for ice skate. This is exciting! Follow up on Monday, we will be having our lunch together as a TEAM with all Flashies right before the orientation :)

Fast & Furious with CYD & Feliz

Everything's fast paced on Thursday.

Met Feliz and Yun Da at Tampines Sports Hall for Badminton in the morning. We played for 2 hours. Feliz was late as usual, so I matched with CYD. He's good, seriously. 1 hour and he defeated me easily. Energy draining, so I rested while Feliz matched with Yun Da. Then this old lady came and played doubles with us, I teamed with Yun Da. We won despite Feliz cheats. haha. We ended the session with 2-against-1. It was fun. Sweaty from head to toes, we quenched our thirst and headed straight to BNSS.

Things seemed pretty different in BNSS, especially the paint coating. It looked like a Kindergarten now. Childish selection of colours, luckily I'm out of it. Collected our O's Cert from the General Office then headed to canteen, grabbed a bite. "Health Food Corner" Curry Chicken & Sausage Set Meal. Yummy! Loitered around the school to visit our teachers, got scolded by OM. Left.

Next destination, Singapore Poly. Yes, My school! We were there for 2 purposes. First, Pass my Mac adapter to Paul for his presentation. Second, Buy SP shirt. In the end, We dragged Paul to lead us the way to Moberly. His friend, Jason then convinced Yun Da to attend the EEE event at Sentosa. It was a quick visit. Soon we were off to Republic Poly.

It's a long way there...SUPER. Not sure of the way to RP, we followed the COCONUT TREES path, which Feliz called them, Oil Palms. We headed the right way, off to RP. There were NO ENTRANCE GATE. You can simply enter the school in every direction, also it does not have the feel of a school. Feliz called it, Marina Barrage style. I agreed. The place was the opposite of SP. Greenary, Peace and Nature. The Open-concept of the Architecture is so Amazing!

Oh, I forgot to mentioned the purpose to RP. We were there to purchase RP shirt. Sadly, the shop closed when we headed the wrong store. So we were late, lost our chance of buying. So, we ended up exploring Feliz's School. We walked up the long walk-way that feels like the one in Marina Barrage. Surprised by the Green Grass patches that is in the middle walk area of all school buildings. Yun Da kept wanting to roll on the grass and I wanted to keep a BLUE pebble. hehe. But, people's watching. So, we were GOOD. =P

After exploring, We took the Red line then circle-lined back to the Green Line. Back to home. It's a "FIERCE" day today. Nights! :)

Being guided for the Blind-folded walk to Dance Studio

Morning exercise. We jogged to the Admin Block to have briefing by our lecturers before having our breakfast. After that, the TELE-MATCH began, among all 8 groups.

I love the "BAR SOCCER" It's literally SOAP Bar-LUX. Everyone was wet with soap foam covered by the end of the match, fun and fragrance was guaranteed. But, everything was worth with me scoring a GOAL against the opponent. I made the Flashers PROUD. :)

Next, the "Fruits Eating game". To play the game, first, we have to spin 10 rounds back to back with a partner; then pick up the water bomb bag with our mouth followed by grabbing a fruit to finish. It was making me dizzy, I stumbled,fell against the floor and got a big bruised on my wrist. It bumped like a bone jawing out. :'(

I didn't care to it, I continued the game and with my accuracy, I managed to grabbed the tip of the apple with just one try. XingYoong bite finished it. Awwww...MY APPLE! I wanted to eat that.

When night arrives, We had an Awesome Performance Night-Camp Fire. No FIRE. Every group performance were great. FLASHERS Rocks! I loved our Haka Cheer & Group Cheer :) The skit wasn't bad either, entertaining :D

We also had a wonderful APRIL FOOLS surprised by our seniors. They blind-folded us and led us to the 'Dance Studio' where we had the most unexpected thing that happened. The SHIMS Night & Dance Party, exactly like Clubbing dancing.

EVERYDAY We're Shuffling!

Clubbing isn't my type, but it's a fun experience. I got really high and jumped around with XingYoong and XingXia especially when during the PEAK of songs played. Sam was cute when dancing. He doesn't like clubbing either. So in the end, we got really tired and sat at the sides of the room watching the rest "shuffling" while we had our small chats.

The AFTER PARTY was a missed. What we Flashers did was to have a WEE HOURS Chat at the SPectrum. It's from 12.30 till 2.30am.

Back from ABE Freshman Orrientation Camp! (31 March-2 April 2011)

It's totally a GREAT Start to my Freshie year in SP.

ABE Camp 2011 was AWESOME! =)

I was in Group 8. The theme of the camp was "Super Heros" so we named our team after "Flash" and called ourselves "FLASH-ers". We were the most united and bonded group among all. I LOVE the FLASHERS ttm! Group Leader was Sam - Mak Seng Fong (Super DRAMATIC in his actions), and Asst. Leader was Syafiqah (Loud & Awesome). My Flashies were; Isaac, Abdullah, Standley, Justin, XingYoong, Xingxia, Surani, Kimberly and me.

Team bonding games were fresh, I loved it when we played "Ultimate Ninja" and "Chuckie". Followed by the Amazing Race. It's the longest I ever played in any camp. Total of 5 hours. The games were new and exciting. The 'shampoo game' to collect the foam in the bottle was so embarrassing that only Sheryl and Abdullah volunteered themselves. Other games were equally as great. Sam had his bottle of drink shared among us to lessen our weighs carried. The 'Lipstick Kissing game' on the paper sticked onto the wall was FUN, haha. We got teased by the seniors terribly. In the end, Flashers was the first team to complete the race! CHEERS!

ABE Spirit, EVERLASTING!

The night was eerie, creepy! We had our SP Night Walk throughout the whole school, we were asked to follow the light sticks, to the eeriest part of every school. Seniors entertained us with SP ghost stories before it started. It's a partner walk, one male;one female at a time. TERRIFYING. Luckily I had my partner from Group 1, Justice League accompanying me. He's Wen Feng from Archi too. I was seriously grabbing his arm, holding his hands throughout the walk. We were chatting all the way. He's protective and daring!

Scariest part, the long,narrow dark tunnel that we walked. We couldn't see anything in front,except the light sticks, the senior behind was dragging the metal dustpan running after us and crying...*goose bumps* So we had our run too, and that's where he started to hold my hand.

Funniest part, When we were in the Haunted Room, we had to put the wooden necklace on the corpse lying beside the coffin, we almost walked over it. Then we walked to the Hungry Ghost asking for the peanut to the EXIT. WenFeng was cracking the peanut, when suddenly, the dead corpse suddenly crawled very fast towards us, wanting to grab us. I had my loudest scream, it's damn high pitch. I pulled my partner down suddenly and he too, screamed like a girl. haha. He dropped the peanut. While the corpse was slowly crawling towards us. We quickly feel the floor to pick up the peanut, the floor was so dirty,dark so it takes us very long to find it! The hungry ghost then asked us to just crawl underneath the table, but we insisted on feeding her the peanut before going. Super dirty, cause it's like rubbed on the floor where we and many others crawled. We were Seriously BAD! >.<

Crawled the 'Red Bridge' at Business School, Sam was there making the 'MONKEY' sound, it was hilarious. He crawled behind us. I was scared, so we hasten our speed.

Finally NIGHT WALK ENDED. It's the longest! From 12 midnight till 5.30am. Reporting time tomorrow, 10am. Nights! :)

Today, while I was at work, I came across this music video which was years ago, when I first heard it, I was truly inspired, truly touched.

It's a song from "Declan Galbraith",

"Tell Me Why".

He's an AWESOME and TALENTED singer.

Followed up this song, " 钟辰乐" from "China Got Talent" and another older boy sang this song in front of the Chinese. It was of Purity and Inspirational, Reflective too. Kudos to such young and talented singers, great future ahead!

WILD&INSANE Jurina's 21st!

Back from Jurina's chalet.

one word, AWESOME.

A lot of people came, mostly familar faces. But, it kind of disappointing that most of my sis's friends ain't coming. So, I made friends with Jurina's friends and cousins..and we did lots of CRAZY stuffs together.

Throughout the whole night, we did not had any sip of alcohol, what we had was WATER SPLASHING craziness. We had lots of pranks headed for Jurina to fall into.

First, the RE-LIGHT-A-BLE candles that we replaced with the orginals, she was curious at first, but we convinced her to put all the candles on the cake. She was totally stunned that the candles can't be blew off, all just stood and laughed like mad! wakaka!

Second, Snow spray cans;Water bomb bags and bomb bags. We had Jurina changed to swim-wear then we pulled her to the open area in Aloha Loyang and started trashing her with Soap-snow, bomb bags and water! :D Things got WILD and we all started splashing one another, pails of water. It's chilling but FUN is more important. heez! I got wet from head till toe, got splashed by 4 big pails of water..woohooo!^^

The birthday cake was from "Awfully Chocolate". Branded&Famous bakery cake. Smooth chocolate fillings. It's simply delicious! :P

The others went swimming from 2am till 2.45am in the pool. yea, pool closed, but who cares? haha. I sat there and chat with them and laughed when they did INSANE things, I called it bullying! :X

What's about work today I enjoyed? Going to the KSL YARD! ^^

I ♥ KSL YARD!

I followed Guan today along with Sam Tung to bring one of the Mexican Engineer to do Inspection on the Bare-unit. It looks like a Container-room (air conditioned) which is usually placed on the "regg-ship" in the middle of the ocean. Purpose: It's a control centre for when oil extraction is in progress... Totally awesome to have the chance to view the inside as the KSL people broke the lock. Calvin, hais! WEAK, cannot break the lock. Okay, it's made of coiled wire, can't blame him.. heez! So I was rummaging the things inside with the Mexican guy, funniest thing happened, his helmet got caught by the metal hook that wrapped around the pallets inside, I almost laugh, but, manners please! Nevertheless, the things inside is so HIGH-CLASS, almost every facilities wrapped with leather, lots of storage lockers too. Interesting experience!

In total, I went to the yard for a total of 7 times today, by tagging along Guan, K.K and Mr. Hann.

Back to Partying, Tomorrow I'm going to Jurina's Birthday Chalet, My sister-boyfriend-sister. It will be at Pasir Ris, Aloha.

Ton-ing @ Doreen's B'party ^^

Worked earlier in KSL warehouse for SCHLUMBERGER stock-take. Took a half day leave to proceed to Doreen's Lim Birthday party. Before heading to TM to meet MiaoJun & MingHui, I had lunch with Sam Tung; Our Client-Schlumberger customer, ChinGuan(boss) and other DHL colleagues, CS . It was at Blk 16, Bedok area. Sam treated me "fried you tiao" as he promised yesterday. It was delicious! :)

3pm, I'm at 'Tampines 1' with Minghui shopping for clothing at 'Uniqlo' and 'New Look'. I bought 2 shirts from 'New Look'. After that, meet XiaoYuan, Miaojun, Doreen. Her mum will be fetching us to her house.

In total, there are too many to count who's in her house. Perhaps over 30 people. Those ton-ing are the 16 remaining people. I was no. 7 to check-in.

What's the highlight? definitely ALCOHOL. We had a total of 3 big bottles of 'Absolute Volka' and 'Chivas' , and 2 small bottles of 'Volka'. I had a few shots "Pure", It was energising, HIGH! Mixed a lot too with coke & 7-up. Had finger guessing games to drink, Le Xuan got drunk terribly. She was spouting nonsense! Everyone tried our best to 'entertain' her, or should I put it this way, to 'agitate' her. Especially JunYong and NgeeHung. Most of the guys were drunk, blood shot eyes.

FOOD. GAMES. TV.

We played 'Mass Murderer', 'Heart attack' till all our faces turned RED. It's crazy! :X

Food prepared by Eka were delicious. I loved the potato-pasta salad and the Korean rice cakes. Chicken curry were overcooked though. Everyone had a lot of rounds. It was irresistible, I suppose.

Near to midnight, we cut her birthday cake, took a lot of pictures. Not forgetting wishing Doreen a very HAPPY & ENJOYABLE Sweet 17th. cheers! :)

There's still work tomorrow @ DHL. I'm not having much sleep tonight as we will be busy playing, chatting, drinking. So, I hope I won't be too drunk and sleepy when I'm at work. Provided I will be able to get up for work punctually when the sun rises. hehe... :P

Coaster Ride @ SH COGENT!

SH COGENT Chemical Warehouse. 60 Tuas Crescent. Yupps, that's our destination.

Met the other CS, Suzi and Alex at Bedok Mrt platform, 7.30am sharp. However, they were late. Outcome, missed a total of 7 MRT upon their arrival. By the time it was 8am. We had to reached Boon Lay Mrt before 8.30am, now it's impossible. In the end, met Tom at Jurong Point Taxi Stand and headed straight to SH Cogent. We were later than Customer and Leonard. It was embarrassing. Got tongue-lashing from Mr. Ong Chin Guan.

Things got started immediately, delay was not acceptable. Had our 'WHITE' safety helmets on. Went to the warehouse and had a short briefing before we start our chemical stock-take. I'm totally IN LOVE with the fork-lift. It's like a 'roller coaster' ride up in it. It can be drive in any directions;forward, backwards, sideways, diagonally. Damn, it so AWESOME! :)

Crazy and Addicted over it. Made friend with the driver, LOGA. hahas, I kept disturbing his name after I remembered it, had to asked a total of 5 times.

It took a total of 4 hours for our stock-take of the entire warehouse. Total of 18 aisles and 9 tiers high. It's a memorable experience for me. It will be my first and last experience for chemical stock-take and I'm totally enjoying it. ^^

Surprisingly, Leonard treat us for lunch, he "da bao" duck rice for all of us. After lunch, he had a 40min free-time to do anything. Others slept and play games. While, Guan and I read our leadership books. I had his (John C. Maxwell's) and he had mine (Billy Graham's). The others were shocked that we were well-prepared and had the same doings. I was stunned too, It's cool! " Like MENTOR, like DISCIPLE!"

Ended stock-take at 2.30pm. So, the other CS insisted on not going back to Changi South to work. Guan disturbed them by having them to give him 3 good reasons why they should go home, otherwise he would report to their boss. The process was entertaining and SUPER hilarious. Never seen Guan so crazy in disturbing people before, he had a great laugh. The CS were seriously stressed in thinking the reasons. Must be reasons, not excuses. I had super good reasons and proof so Guan had no control over me, so in the end I help him to teased the CS. Actually, my ulterior motive with the CS was to go WINDOW SHOPPING at Jurong Point after our stock-take. Seriously, throughout, I told Guan to "face the wall and reflect" and told the other CS to "not entertain his nonsense!" :DD

As planned, Tom, Suzi, Alex and I went to window shopping at Jurong Point. Total of 3 long hours. I bought Doreen's present, potato chips, chocolates and a some accessories. Love it when we SHOP. wooo hooo! After dinner, we headed home... :)

Bad News!

Firstly, K.K Chiew suddenly fainted in front of me at KSL Warehouse when he was about to sit. I was traumatised, He's eyes were wide open when he was lying flat on the floor. I stood there, stunned and did not help him up. SO SORRY! I apologised. I should have help you up.

Secondly,

Reported by Guan, he said I will have to go alone to meet the other CS at Jurong Point to go to SH COGENT together, while he himself, ride his own motorcycle to there. What's worst, no one from the KSL Warehouse will be going with me.

So, literally, I had to figure out who's the other CS to go there....awwww...this sucks!

Hopefully, I'll be able to locate them. I don't like the feeling of 'lost'.

Looking forward to GOOD NEWS ahead, maybe I will get to know other colleagues of DHL, make new friends is a must! hehe :)

I want to wear SAFETY OVERALLS, Safety helmet too!

K-Night Out!

End work early today for our K-Night Out!

Who's there? ZhenHao, ZhenHao's Wife, BaoShun, Vivian Lin, JiaMin, Shawnado Deng, Vivian Koh, Rosley and me. Total of 9 people.

We left Kim Soon Lee at 6pm, headed to Mac to eat our dinner before proceeding to Cash Studio.

The moment we step into the K-room, the atmosphere was awkward. Firstly, the non-stop explaining staff which made us kind of pissed off. Secondly, everyone was too shy to start singing. So, ZhenHao started singing "咖啡", his singing was awesome, so is his wife.

Jiamin and I sang a lot of songs together too, we were like the most 'high' among all! hehe.

Shawn and Vivian Koh were busy playing finger guessing games and drinking 2 buckets of beer! cheers man! I didn't had any of it.. :P

End of day, everyone sang min. of one song without the original singer singing except LIM BAO SHUN. Lots of fun included! :DD

Totally enjoyed the times hanging out with the 'Western Geco' Colleagues! ^^

Somewhere faraway where my dreams takes me to...

Recently I told my dad, "I'm not going to study in local uni, so be prepared." Immediately, He was crossed after hearing it. He told me, "No way." Truly I know it's a "YES WAY!"

No matter what it takes, I'm going to study out of Singapore for my university days. I'm striving for that as always.

Someone told me that, He wishes to do overseas internship, doesn't he realised that it won't actually be enough to venture out of where he's from? Perhaps, different people have different perspectives.

Which countries would be ideal, definitely I would say "USA & UK". Eventually reality sets in and now I'm actually looking for other cheaper options that will benefit as much. So, I have thoughts on France and S. Korea. Actually I find the Architecture Establishment in S. Korea wasn't that bad, take a look at our 'Marina Barrage'. They actually consult Architects from S. Korea. After all, what matters most is what I learnt out of it.

Talking about something else, about my book hunt, there's HOPE!

I asked Feliz to order the books "21 Irrefutable Laws of Leaderships" and "Failing Forward" by John C. Maxwell from UK for me. So now, I have to clear the books payment then I shall happily wait for it. Hopefully I can get those books before 28 March 2011. Cause One of the title, I will be giving it to my boss, yea, I'm completing his J. C. Maxwell "Classic Foundation" series. So the deliver have to be fast.

Also, I'm still waiting for my 6 pairs of shoes to be delivered from Bei Jing, China. It's really taking a long time...

BOOK HUNT!

Today have been a busy day.

Booked 2 hours of my mum's time, but in the end, having her spending the whole day finding a book with me. It was in vain for a certain extent.

In the morning, I went with my mum to one of her renovating house to "spot-check" for mistakes made by her workers. I spotted a few and told them. That's "Authority." They edited immediately, and accepted their blunders.

Next, we went to Chai Chee SATA to have my Medical Check-up. It wasn't as long and troublesome as most of my friends described. It took a total of 1 hr for the entire procedure. Medical Report will be sent next Thurs, 10 March. SP Medical Report have to be handed in on 9 March. But I can't say much to persuade the doctor. So, I hope everything will be fine.

Went to Parkway. Headed to the book stores;'BORDERS', 'Trumpet Praise', 'POPULAR', 'SANs Bookstore'. Sad to say, they don't have a copy for the soft-cover of "The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership"by John C. Maxwell. Mum insisted on having her lunch, so joined her. Ate Sundanese Cuisine. Delicious! :)

Headed to Plaza Singapura. The boss of 'Trumpet Praise' told me he had a last copy of that title in PS outlet. Went there, it was a fateful day. Searched from head till toe for the book, the store person can't find any of it. Depressed, hopes were shattered. However, that does not last. I noticed a book as good as John C. Maxwell's.The book was talking about the "Leadership Secrets"of another remarkable world leader, Billy Graham. I quickly made my purchase. Checked out 'TIMES' too, same news. NONE.

Went to Carefour to check if they sell photo albums. To my surprise they had a books clearance near the entrance. Tried and check out my luck. Though there were no signs of "The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership", I had deals on other of his titles. Soon, I found out one of it was a copy to complete his 'Classic Foundation' series of his LEADERSHIP books. I had them on half-price for "Develop The Leader Within You" and "17 Essential Qualities for a Team Player." Got another copy of one of the books for my DHL 'Shi-fu',hopefully it will last a lifetime.

Okay, back to the photo albums, they don't sell it there. Have to go to 'POPULAR' tomorrow instead. Busy day ahead tomorrow, going to Bugis to continue my book hunt to complete my series, getting 2 more books. The other is "Failing Forward."Yes, John Maxwell again.

I have been working in DHL Global Forwarding (VAS-SLB) for 3 months officially. Ongoing for another month, after that I will be heading a different path from before. Towards Architecture.

What to say? I will MISS THEM! :)

From the first day of work till now, I would say today is my happiest day. When I asked all of them to wear their DHL shirt today for work, all of them from 'WESTERN GECO' and 'SCHLUMBERGER', even Mr. Ong Chin Guan, my boss wore their shirt. I was totally surprised!

K.K Chiew volunteered to be Jiamin and my photographer. He took us to the KSL yard and take pictures for us with the 'bare-units'. This experience is so AWESOME! Love it like mad, but Jiamin was so SHY. hehe.

END OF THE DAY... I took a lot of pictures with them. Even individual pictures with all of them. Now I know how Phet felt on her last day in Singapore, when we were at Changi Airport. It's memorable forever and ever.

I just reached home 30mins ago!

Really had a crazy day today with Feliz, YinYin, YunDa, Tat Chun, Xiao Chun.

Plans:
12nn-3.30pm: Ice Skate at Kallang Leisure Park
3.30pm-4.30pm: Party Snacks shopping
5pm-7pm: GLEE SPREE
7pm-7.30pm: Dog walk-out
7.30pm-11.30pm: K-craze!

Supposedly we should be meeting at 10.45am at Circle Line, thanks to Feliz, I had to transfer Glee Season 1 & 2 to my thumb-drive before meeting them. I was an hour late.

Start Ice Skating at 12nn. The place was empty. I like the peace. Ice was smoother and all the skaters were professionals, it made us felt like NOOB! Thankfully, at 1.30pm the Raffles Girls'Swimming team came in to create noise. I bet it was their first time Ice Skating. Their voices were everywhere, screams. It makes me feel happier as I never seen a RGS doing things worst then me. I like it! I learnt new skills, skate backwards and single spin in the middle of the rink. It was awesome! I practiced with YunDa and Feliz for 1hr30min to master skating backwards. I was the slowest. YinYin joined us at 2pm when a little girl who's super PRO started doing her Figure Skating routine. It was so natural for her, I think she's only pri 1. Yupp, young. Great future ahead, I enjoyed her splendid performance in the rink.

After the ice skate, we headed to a DONUT store, bought like 30 different flavours donuts. It seems like a feast. YinYin and I bought the rice cakes on the next-door store, it was simply delicious! Never tried anything like it before, coming back for more. Next, we headed to SUBWAY to buy our lunch. Then to Cold Storage for drinks and ice-cream.

Headed straight down to the Tat's house. It was old and classic. 3 Generations down, untouched. What amazed us was the hidden spiral staircase to the rooftop and attic. Such access route should be extinct by now. Feliz's conclusion, "Great place to film horror videos."

We occupied the living room throughout after exploring the house, GLEE SPREE for 2 episodes. Didn't had the high mood, so we sat at the olden times swing for 4 people and started swinging while conversations were raised. Took Tat Chun's 'German Sherpard' for a walk. I saw amazing architecture of houses that gave me great ideas, inspirations.

Went back in and started our K-craze. We were singing like there's no tomorrow. Westlife songs and the oldies, inclusive of Chinese T-Pop. It feels great singing together. The best song was "You Raise Me Up" by Westlife, all of us were singing to the top of our voices. Sharing of mics needed. Great MEMORIES will always be remembered forever...

FRIENDS OUT-ing

Plans changed when we reached Kallang Leisure Park. The Ice Skate Rink was closed from 5pm for private Ice Hockey event for the Caucasians. So we headed for a movie instead.

We watched, "The Rite" a horror movie. Surprisingly it wasn't scary for a horror film. The storyline was nonsensical, inclusive of the Felizala and YinYin LOUD & crazy conversations throughout, we were laughing like mad. It's a school day, so the cinema only had us and a few loner strangers, we heard nothing from them, they're just too quiet. I remembered the RED-eye mule which YinYin mistaken for a Donkey, and was talking about it non-stop. Movie ended in 2hours so we went for dinner at 'Pastamania.'

Tommorrow will always be better than today, we will be hanging out again to Ice Skate for 4hrs at KLP. After that we will be having GLEE SPREE at Tat's house till the sky darkens. Shall post more about it tomorrow! :)

Recently I have been introduced to , "The Wanted". Now, I have to say I'm addicted to their songs, they're so AWESOME! :)

My favourite singer is 'Nathan Skyes'. He's singing rocks to the max! hehe, I love his eyes too, it sparkles. He's young, just seventeen. What's my favourite song? It's 'Heart Vacancy'.

Back to the plan for today, I will be meeting YunDa, Feliz, YinYin and Julia later for Ice Skate at Kallang Leisure Park. Time to meet is 4.15pm, which is quite late. So, I will be heading to Julia's house first to do, I'm not sure of what, I bet it will be fun. Excited to ice skate!!

As for tomorrow, we shall plan later. Hopefully my 2 days leave won't be a waste. Got to enjoy my life no sooner!! :DD

SpringClean VS Messiness !

Had a great time sleeping this weekend. Finally I can sleep till 12.30pm! I hadn't had enough sleep recently due to my work, hate it when I have to wake when the sun rises. But now, I'm satisfied and happy that I slept long enough, a recharge!

Yesterday, Kalin came my house to help me clean my 'very packed' book shelf. Finally I dumped my unwanted study notes. I almost caused trouble by accidentally throwing my elder sis O's cert away. It's in a hardcover MOE file, luckily I was curious to take a peek, otherwise my sis will be crazy over it. haha! I like my new shelf now, it's EMPTY! :)

Wonder how many bags of unwanted papers I threw? It's like 5 BIG bags! what about the other stuffs like books? It's all around my study desk and room! Now, I'm in a greater mess!

How about I share a little about my dad? Yesterday, he told me that he wanted to be a " China Citizen" after retirement. In my mind, I'm like NOOOO! My dad wants to change from a Malaysian Citizen to a China Citizen, it will only make my family background more complicating. A mum from Indonesia on the other side is already like WOW. On top of that, a China accent? Ohh, no thanks. Recently, my dad have been so obsessed in China News, Documentaries from the 'Phoenix channel' of China. I don't mind his sharings on awesome knowledge he saw, but he always made it a FORCED TO WATCH. What worst is he's using my HUB TV recording spaces to record his documentaries, he max his recording spaces in his room TV. Now it's a Father-Daughter fight to record TV shows ! ^^

I want to watch 'CCTV 4' channel. Sadly my mum have not purchase the channel. It's a China channel which I watched when I'm in Indonesia. What interest me is the " XIAO PIN" performances showcased by the Chinese. It shows moral values and humor. It's simply HILARIOUS! :D

Financial Intelligence is made up of 4 main technical skills:

1. Financial Literacy. The ability to read numbers.

2. Investment strategies. The science of making money.

3. The market. Supply and demand.

(Alexander Graham Bell gave the market what is wanted. So did Bill Gates. A $75 000 house offered for $60 000 the cost $20 000 was also the result of seizing an opportunity created by the market. Somebody was buying and someone was selling.)

Categories of REAL ASSETS:

An Individual with Tax Advantages will know...

1. Tax Advantages: A corporation can do so many things an individual cannot. Like paying expenses before it pays it taxes. Corporation earns, spend everything it can, and is taxed on anything that is left. It's one of the biggest legal tax loopholes the rich use.

2. Protection from Lawsuits: We live in litigious society. Everyone wants a piece of your action. The rich hide much of their wealth using vehicles such as CORPORATIONS and TRUSTS to protect their assets from creditors. When someone sues a wealthy individual they often met with layers of legal protections, and often find that the wealthy person actually owns nothing. They control everything, but own nothing.

Main idea to remember, "Take from the rich, help the poor" mentality backfired on the very people (Middle Class & Low Class) who voted in it.

LESSON 5: The Rich Invent Money

Don't listen to the standard advice of " Work hard and save money."

Because...

1. Work hard, pay high taxes to government income tax, save what is left. Your savings earn 5% in bank, which is also taxed.

2. Take the time to develop your financial intelligence and harness the power of your brain and the asset column. Add to that how much time it takes you, time being one of your greatest asset other than the mind, to save $190 000 if you used option 1?

LESSON 6: Work to Learn- Don't Work for Money

* Be the second type of investor who create investments. This investor usually assembles a deal, by putting pieces of opportunities together, or know people who do. It is where huge wins are, and sometimes huge losses if the tide goes against you.

1. How to find an opportunity that everyone else has missed, You see with your mind what others miss with their eyes.

2. How to raise money. The average person only goes to the bank. The second type of investor needs to know how to raise capital, and there are many ways that don't require a bank. Learn the skill of raising money that is priceless. For example, buy a house/apartment using "Tying it up", with a written contract between a seller and the buyer. It's what you know more than what you buy. Investing is not buying. It's more a case of knowing.

3. How to organise smart people. Intelligent people are those who work with or hire a person who is more intelligent than they are. When you need advice, make sure you choose your advisor wisely. (A.K.A Synergy of professional specialities). " Know a little about a lot."*

There is a lot to learn, but the rewards can be astronomical.

There is always risk, so learn to manage risk instead of avoiding it.

The better you are at communicating, negotiating and handling your fear of rejection, the easier life is.

Spend time learning SALES and UNDERSTANDING MARKETING for the ability to sell. Even if you earn nothing, your communication skills will improve. And that is priceless.

The MAIN MANAGEMENT SKILLS NEEDED FOR SUCCESS are:

1. The management of cash flow.

2.The management of systems ( Including yourself and time with family)

To be truly rich, we need to be able to GIVE as well as to RECEIVE. The more you give, the more you receive. To know that to receive money, you have to give money. Giving money is the secret to most great wealthy families. Most important law of money: " Give and you shall receive."

Morning: Singpore National Museum

Afternoon: Fort Canning Park

Late Afternoon: Marina Barrage

Met Jiamin, Miinwei at Douby Gourt MRT station at 11am. Surprisingly ZingWei and I was the latest. Got some complains. After calming our minds, we headed to the National Museum. I was surprised that students entry to it is FREE, simply show your student card and "here you go with an entry ticket." When I did that, the Eurasian tourists beside me were like "Why do they get it free?" Actually the logic is simple, you always 'benefit as a Singporean.' Entry ticket was $10.

It's a great architectural design on the exterior, it kind of looked like the old Supreme Court. I love Romanian styled buildings. What's funny is that we smuggled ZingWei into every Gallery in the museum, the process was ridiculous.

Headed to Fort Canning Park. The weather was Sun-glazing! so we did not take any picture and headed straight to lunch at Plaza Singapura. What caught my interest there is the "Battle Box." I'm going to purchase the entry ticket on my next trip there to explore the war craft left-overs. Enriching History!

Next up, Marina Barrage. The shutter bus we took was horrible. The bus driver was listening to music on earplugs. Before I even get hold of the metal bars for grip, he had a sudden brake and there I go, FELL SIDEWAYS,smashed on the floor. What worst is Jiamin screamed, dodged and the bus driver keep applying small brakes continuously when I was wanting to hold onto something. I knocked hardly on a stranger, the feeling was terrible and painful. Luckily ZingWei gave a helping hand and helped me up. Not forgetting, the bus was packed.

Smiles were bright again. We headed to the Museum Gallery at Marina Barrage to let ZingWei know more about the history and purpose of this place. Headed to the roof terrace, bought a Smiley Kite and flew it. The wind was strong. SUPER. ZingWei was a pro, he released the nylon string of the kite to the max, It went high up to the sky on his first few tries. He knew how to control it with ease.He was the first person I saw 'sitting down when flying a kite'. Trick was, Fling your kite up when it's falling, so it goes up instead. :)

Our photography plan didn't turn out smoothly, due to the bad weather, rain. The sky was gloomy throughout at Marina Barrage. Wonder when will our next trip be? July I suppose.

Back to my recent work life.

Today at work is kinda slacky, I regretted not bringing my book to read at my workplace as I'm super bored. Less people are online these few days. I don't have much friends to chat with too...I think I rather go for novels, at least they're much more entertaining than having conversations with others that lead to nowhere.

Tomorrow will be a GREAT day! My cousins and I will be going out for photography shoots at the Singapore National Museum, Fort Canning and Marina Barrage. Wondering why we are visiting the national tourism icons? yupps, one of my cousin is coming down from Malaysia, Tang Zing Wei. He will be lodging at my house tonight, squeeze into my brothers' room I guess? My other cousins JiaMin and  Miinwei who are same age as me will be coming along tomorrow to play. Luckily ZingWei borrowed a DSLR from his friend for me as I can't get any from my friends, otherwise tomorrow I will only see but not capture moments. Thanks a lot! :)

In a meantime, let me grab a bite with my seniors of MP. Will be meeting them for dinner at Tampines. Some are lucky enough to collect gifts of INDO from me.  Hope they will like what I got for them cause it's hand-picked. ^^

FINALLY, it's the last day of my trip in Indonesia.

Seriously I will be missing the life here, it's so AWESOME! Miss my Grandma, Grandfathers, Granduncles, Grandaunts, Uncles, Aunts and little cousins...

Soon, it will be time for DEPARTURE. Hate it when the "byes" comes along.

Awake when the sun rise, followed my grandparents and mum to the market. Now it's not only having breakfast with my relatives. It is more about buying nuts and fruits back, then having breakfast in a rush.

At 10.30am, we headed back to my grandma's house. Repacked our luggages and bathe. 11.30am, we moved all our luggages to the car boot, total of 4 small, 1 big luggages with a box of fresh fruits (promegrate,avocado,pink guavas). Yupps, that's a lot! :)
On top of that, we passed a 15kg luggage to my aunt to ask her to help us take back to Singapore.

Flight was at 1.35pm. We did not missed it. Reached Singapore around 4.30pm.

HELLO HELLO I'm back in my hometown, SINGAPORE. I really missed the GREEN CITY LIFE and the Hainan Chicken Rice =P

5 FEB'2011:

Today is a very exciting day. Uncle Hanadi will be driving his family and mine to "Ancol". We fetched my REAL grandfather first before proceeding. It was near to our place so it took 30min to reached. The place was pretty much like "Sentosa" in Singapore. Though it may not be as nice and grand as Sentosa, it was a fun-filled place. What you can find in there might not be found in Singapore.

First thing we did there was paddling the sea-creatures mini boat at the shallow seawaters. It was tiring and fun. In the mid-waters, Glorianne and Gabriele swopped seats, as Glory cried and wanted to sit beside me. Yes, I was favoured by them, very very much! They kept sticking to me :) , so in the end Grace sat with Gabie. My little bro was so puzzled when he saw their places were swopped. He sat with my grandpa throughout, sadly because his a BOY. haha.

Next up, We had a bumpy boat ride out to the deep seawaters. Little bro and I sat at the edge of the boat for mum to take pictures for us. We almost fell into the waters, what my bro did was hugged a metal pole of the boat, what a joke! everyone laughed non-stop, he was then teased by my little cousins for the next few hours. Headed to the seafood restaurant to have a SEAFOOD Feast, mum's treating. We went to select the seafood delights that we want to eat, after all the selection, we had crabs, fish, bamboo clams, prawns, etc. 2 tables long of dishes were placed on the tables for us to feast on. What shock us was the bill cost around SGD$80. So cheap! try it in SG see if you will get the bargain =P

After dinner, we joined the other families of my relatives which include, Uncle Hendrik, Uncle Billy's family, Uncle Freddy's family, Aunt Leny, Grandaunts, Granduncle. Total there was 4 '8-seaters cars' in the parking lots. Yes, it's a huge sized outing with FAMILY, first time in my life have I experienced this. It's sensational! ^^

We headed to the "Art Market" in "Ancol." Soon, my eyes were caught in 3 beautifully hand-made keychains. I loved keychains a lot, will get myself some when I'm overseas. Funny thing was the store keeper was out for dinner, most of the stalls does that, I wonder: Aren't they scared people steal their things? obviously there's no security cameras. Soon, the shop owner was back, Aunt Lisa bargained for me. So I got my keychains in a very cheap price. She's really good at bargaining, I bought those at half-price.

Next, we went to the ART GALLERY at the back of the "Art Market." The paintings were so AWESOME! The shades of colours and tones were painted beautifully. What makes the Artists GREAT were that they allowed us to take pictures with their lovely pieces. I had lots of shots taken. How I wished I can paint like them. ENVIOUS!

What's the plan for today?

8am: Go market Muara Karang with Grandma to 'BAI NIAN' with my relatives.
1pm: "Lao Yu Sheng".
1.30pm: Go "Mangga Dua Mall" with Aunt Lisa's family.
6.30pm: Go "MEGA Mall".
10pm: HOME SWEET HOME.

Now the elaborations...

Arrived at market around 9.45am, gathered with my mum's side relatives. At first it was only those I know, around 10.30am, the table size expanded and filled up another 8 people. All saying "KIONG HEI, KIONG HEI!" Collected my Ang Baos from Grandaunt and aunt. After that we went to walk around the market place looking for clothings that's nice. Things were really cheap here, quality wasn't bad either. Mum bought 12 clothings there. It's quiet today as everyone was tired after CNY, the emptiness is great for exploring the market, one glance and everything's seen! :)

We headed to the SuperMart. I bought lots of local delights for my DHL colleagues. After all was bought, we went back home. The "Yu Sheng" was prepared and we started saying all those CNY blessings. Aunt Lisa and family arrived shortly. Her husband drove his car to "Mangga Dua Mall". Wondering what's that? It's a WHOLESALES mall. My first impression was "It looks like SIM LIM SQUARE". Instead of electronics all was filled with clothings from different countries, mostly locals and accessories. It's suitable for all ages especially LADIES! Great thing was EVERYTHING was cheap in terms of SGD, sad thing was it closed at 5.30pm. We had to shop fast! I bought several clothings and bracelets. This is a SHOPPING PARADISE, real cheap stuffs which worth the bargains! >.<

Time passes fast today, soon it was DINNER TIME. Since "Mangga Dua" was closed, we headed to "MEGA MAll" which is near our places to eat. Ate Japanese Bento. Continued shopping around the deparment stores and bought clothing for my dad, little bro and me. My cousins bought "Thumb Thumb" ice-cream which were of finger-sized. It was delicious as a dessert.

Afterall, Mum and I spent quite a lot today but we really had a GREAT TIME!Everything worth the low pricing. Tomorrow we're heading to "Ancol" A.K.A "Art Market" to buy some artistic stuffs, most prob it would be seashells. LOVE IT in INDONESIA! ^^

2nd February 2011:

BUSY BUSY BUSY!

The plans for today is very hectic.

Morning: Go visit my GreatGrandmother's, GreatGrandfather's, GrandUncles' and GrandAunts' tombs in the temple.

Afternoon: Go to "Kapal Gading Mall" to shop with Uncle Hendrik, mum and bro.

Evening: Go to Shangri La Hotel to have reunion dinner with my grandparents.

Late night: Go to GrandAunt's place for Indo relatives-family gathering.

Let me continue from "Kapal Gading Mall".Usually it would take a drive of 30min to reached the destination. However, due to CNY peak, traffic jams were everywhere. My uncle hated waiting so he just drove on the 'bus lane' which was obviously cleared. So it took about 1hr30min to reached. Luckily the Police Officers were not alert.We went to clothing shops to make some purchases. I got myself 2 t-shirts.

While little bro and uncle went to arcade to play, mum and I went to a girls accessories store to purchase hairbands, comestics bags, etc...Realisation soon strucked us that we were running late for the dinner banquet with my grandparents. We rushed to my uncle's car quickly.

Terrible traffic. It made everything seems like the time have stopped. The cars didn't even moved forward for a long time, at most it would be a small step. What made things worst is that uncle took a wrong route, so we have to make a U-TURN at the front which took us 45min.Throughout the journey, mum and bro was asleep. So I chatted with my uncle to make him feel not left out. It took us 2hr30min to reached the hotel.

DINNER BANQUET was simply delicious. On top of that, my grandma's dance troupe will be performing 2 dances on stage. I took beautiful pictures with my point-and-shoot, pathetic me. During that moment I wished that I'm holding a DSLR, the shutter will be faster with it. The moves was fast, so most of my shots were "BLURRED". Overall the dance was splendid.

10.30pm, the dinner banquet finally ended, we took a group photo together before taking cab to my Grandaunt's place. Grandpa have to sent the dancers home, so the car was not available. TAXI in Indonesia was dangerous, robbery was common. Advise given, only take BLUEBIRD Company cab, they run by meter and is safe.

When we arrived, my little cousins have already started playing with the firecrackers and mini firework sticks. We went in first to greet my relatives.

Fireworks here in Jakarta is so common. Almost every household is shooting up the fireworks without any law stopping them. It's like a massive display of fireworks in all directions. IMPRESSIVE :) Uncle Billy took out a mini firework bulk and lighted it up. It didn't shoot up into the sky, so we had the JOY of watching it to ourselves.

Time flies fast while we are enjoying, will be visiting them again tomorrow. Right now, I got to sleep. Good Nights.

1st February 2011:

Morning calls were back! This time round to "MARKET" in the morning. Followed grandma to the 'Muara Karang Market' near her place. Met some of my mum's side relatives since all were staying around these area. It's a MUST thing to do everyday. It was like re-living the old Singapore days, when everything was old and classic. I had my favourite drink 'teh botol', yupps I like it served in a glass bottle, really rare in Singapore.

In the late noon, I met my close-uncle at "Taman Angret Mall". We ate our lunch at the food court where all Indo Local delights were served. I ate the Indo seafood fried rice, simply delicious!I like the 'local orange juice' too, it's really sweet unlike Sunkist orange.

After that, we headed to the Ice Skate Rink to ice skate. Talking about the pricing it's really cheap. RP 42,000 for the whole day inclusive of the skate shoes. When it's converted to SGD it's $8. WHOLE DAY! super shiokk! hahas, the ice there were softer unlike the one at Kallang Leisure Park. So my younger bro purposely fall like countless times. I didn't fall at all but I tripped my brother down several times. I like the ice in the rink, it's really smooth and COLD! mist were seen while talking. Imagine that! ^^

It was dinner time when we exit as we ice skate till 6.30pm with my uncle. Aku Hendrik led the way to Grand Aunt's place. Met my REAL grandfather and grand aunt. Had a short chat then we headed to a town to eat their speciality , "CRABS". It's really worth the trip as the food there was delicious and cheap!

When I come to Indonesia I became a MILLIONARE. The currency was so low here.
1 SGD= RP 7000. I changed SGD 200 and till now I still have lots to spend on. Things here are cheap, can't blame me on shopping non-stop. I really like it here, SIMPLE LIFE.

31 Jan 2011:

Time to board the plane. I wonder why it's called an "airbus" but it's a pleasant ride though. Flight was at 11.55pm. It was delayed for half an hour. I arrived at Jakarta at 3.30pm. In total there was 2 big luggages and 3 small ones, funny thing was none of those stuffs belongs to me, mine was just a bag pack I carried. When we touched down, my grandma and grandfather was there to fetch us. We headed to my aunt's "shi fu" temple. My mum got some fresh lillies to give to him. He was a very socialable person, we had great chats. His "approachable" attitude reminds me of someone I know :)

After that, we headed to "SKY Restaurant" for our lunch followed by shopping at a nearby mall.

That's the end of DAY 1!

FINALLY in a few hours time I will be in Jakarta, Indonesia.

This year will be special, I'm celebrating my Chinese New Year with my Mum's relatives. Yupps, first time in my life. So it's like so AWESOME!:)
Can't wait to reach there...

Okay talking about Sunday, 31 Jan. We went to Mr. Beh's House.
Media Productions Gathering. I'm the organiser and in the end 15 people turned up. Who are they? Paul, Shiqi, Qianping, Jiayi, Zhanqing, Shangyi, June, Edner, Jerrold, Edwin,Vince, Imran, Adrian, Hidayah and me. That's a lot to squeeze into the house.

Mr. Beh introduced his whole collection of "TY products" especially the bears. It's well-kept. We all like to view at it cause it's incredible. He have limited collectable which cause a few thousand too.

After that, we started playing his treasured card games which he imported from many countries. I played "Saboteur", "Bandits", "Bang","Monopoly deal"and "Pictonary". All was equally fun. Best was I'm the winner of the "Bandits" game and was awarded gifts,a tote bag and Pandora's leather notebook. Total, I got 65golds. The runner up was ZhanQing and Paul, they tack-team, they had 55golds. ShiQi and QianPing was so furious that they lost to ZQ and Paul by just 2 golds. Anyways it was super FUN :)

We had pizzas for dinner. In the end, we ended off with a blackjack match and the last one to survive the rounds will win a mystery gift. Imran was the winner and he got himself a limited edition crystal ear piece. Mr. Beh's house is an AWESOME hang-out place. We stayed from 2pm till 12 midnight. I got myself a Las Vegas $100 chip as a souvenir from his holiday, I bet those who opt for "A"and landed up with a Australia souvenir are so JEALOUS of those who opt for "V"! >.<

Time really flies and now I got to go...goodnight!

Below are some of my sharing of the main points that I find it inspirational from the book, "Rich Dad, Poor Dad."

If you find it interesting, go read the book! The meaning behind the points I stated are very profound. You might not get it in the first reading, so re-read it again, I'm sure you can get it some day :)

Here it goes...

LESSON 2: Why Teach Financial Literacy?

1) Wealth is a person's ability to survive so many number of days forward...or if I stopped working today, how long could I survive?

2) Wealth is the measure of the cash flow from the asset column compared with the expense column.

3) Simple Observations to remember:

The rich buy assets.

The poor only have expenses.

The middle class buy liabilities they think are assets.

4)*** In the end, the one and only rule: You must know the difference between an asset and a liability, and buy assets.

5) It is said that the fear of public speaking is a fear greater than death for most people. According to psychiatrists, the fear of public speaking is caused by the fear of ostracism, the fear of standing out, the fear of criticism, the fear of ridicule, the fear of being an outcast. The fear of being different prevents most people from seeking new ways to solve problems.

6) It was said that the Japanese were aware of three powers: "The power of sword, the jewel, and the mirror."

The sword symbolises the power of weapons.

The jewel symbolises the power of money. There is some degree of truth to the saying, "Remember the golden rule. He who has the gold makes the rule."

The mirror symbolises the power of self-knowledge. This self-knowledge, is the most treasured among the three. For it is only when we as humans look into the mirror do we find the truth.

7) In conclusion, Why the rich get richer?

The asset column generates more than enough income to cover expenses, with the balance reinvested into the asset column. The asset column continues to grow and, therefore, the income it produces grows with it.

Now I have my FREEDOM. I have stay for OT, both of them left me with the stuffs undone and they went off. So should I chat on MSN and put the things aside or complete them before "slacking"? Haha, I chose to complete them after dinner, meanwhile I shall SLACK. Geez, I like that!

Okay, today I have a news to announce. I've decided to re-take my English O's. Yea, I got a disappointing 'C6' which I think I have been under-graded. Now I'm going for my second chance. Definitely will do much better than the previous cause I got the "examination" feel already. I will leave myself with no regrets. I really deserve better grades. JIAYOUS! :D

It's 6.30am when I received a long-awaited message from MOE.

Yes, finally the results of the JAE Posting is today. I read the message carefully and saw "S66, ARCHITECTURE"!! :D

YES!!I got what I wanted, though I put it in the 3rd choice. I forward the message to my dad and he replied, "Congrats, that's what papa want you to get". Currently, I'm ECSTATIC! My dad mentioned that he want me to expand his company and business. I'm more into getting explosure by working in foreign companies. But we shall see, maybe one day I will be successful and build an empire of fortune of my own. haha, what a far-sighted dream.

Now, let me talk about my lunch. My boss suggest to go "LerkThai" to 'lao yu sheng'. Everyone agreed and went. I ate Thai Noodles, Tom Yum soup which I got choke by the spicy-ness. Finally the main thing , the 'yu sheng'. It was fun! hahas.

It's raining!

Currently, I'm stuck at my workplace, meaning "late lunch". It's okay, cause I'm not feeling hungry today, weird stomach.

Back from lunch. BOSS back. More work to do. "Cost Sheets", "Gold-link" and "Dimension updating" is really getting sickening. I want to learn new things which are more interesting, new. Hopefully someone else would take over the "Dimension updating" role, please...

I'm really looking forward to tomorrow's JAE Posting Results. Hopefully I can enter either "Accountancy" or "Architecture" of Singapore Poly. Just to think about it, I used to aim for being a straight 'As' student. But, when O's results were out, it's kind of ridiculous. Nevertheless I scored 3 'As', got my name up on the Hall screen, however, there's no sense of achievement. Then, it came to my realisation that the subjects that I have tution scored me "Cs". Isn't it a waste of money to have tuition in the first place when my results won't turn out great. >.<

Recently I have interest in reading books. be it novels or those that teaches life skills. Thanks to my boss recommendation, he borrowed me a book, "rich dad, poor dad". This book is about 'financially literacy' and 'life'.

LESSON 1: The Rich Don't Work for Money

My favourite portion was when the Rich Dad taught them about "LIFE". He said:

Life pushes all of us around.

Some give up. Others fight.

A few learn the lesson and move on. They welcome life pushing them around. To these few people, it means they need and want to learn something. They learn and move on. Most quit, and a few others fight.

In the end, LIFE is the best teacher of all. Most of the time, life does not talk to you. It sort of pushes you around.

If you learn life's lessons, you will do well.

though I have not fully understand the meaning yet, but I find it very inspiring.

I shall share more about the book when i finished it. :D

Finally home!

Went to attend a concert-celebration at Marina Bay, floating platform for E-Entertainment. It was definitely worth it and I saw SHINee 'LIVE!' Quite sad that Show Luo and FT Island didn't attend though they were published in the commercials. However, the event was SUPERB overall! Lots of love to SHINee!!hahas...

If you wants to get pictures may grab from my facebook, the pictures were small cause my camera can't zoom in anymore further. I managed to saw them clearly using my BINOCULARS!hahas, we took turns to see them "close-up!" Everyone went "EXTREME HIGH" and I really enjoyed myself, my first ever concert.UNforgettable!^^

100% HAPPINESS of MY LIFE

Met Jia Min today at mrt station to go to Lot1 for SHINee Autograpgh session. When we were at the mrt we met this RGS girl, YuHua and we chatted. It was extremely crowded when we reached there. I was surprised that SHINee have so much fans in Singapore, unbelievable. We queued all the way at the front of the entrance. The funniest thing was the fans at the front keep pushing the door and eventually dragged the door sideways that it opened! hahas...All of us rushed up to the 4th level, exhausted. We queued in front of the roof garden but out efforts were futile. We were all asked to go down and queued for the album and ticket.

By the time we went down, it was already over a 1000 tickets. We didn't join the queue as it was extremely long so we asked a fan who is one of the 1000 to help us to pass the cards we made to either member of the SHINee as we made it as a whole for them, not for individual. We left Lot1 and headed to Bugis to shop.

At Bugis, I bought a friendship necklace with Jiamin and we ate lunch or should I called it BRUNCH?hahas. We continued to shop around and after that head to my house to study together...

Initially we were utterly dissapointed that we didn't managed to be in one of the 1000 as we really want to pass our cards to SHINee. While we were studying, I received a message at 2.30pm and the person who help me to pass the card told me that she had successfully passed the card to TAEMIN!!! ahhhhhhhSSSSS....we screamed, extremely happy and high. Our dream came through!!!^^ I thanked the person sincerely and on top of that jinxin managed to be the last to receive MINHO signature, lucky her!!

Though I didn't get to see SHINee or get their autograph, I didn't regret going down to Lot1. It was definitely one of the greatest experience I will remember for my entire lifetime. I felt that I am very fortunate.

My Target, My Aim, My Goal! ^^

I regretted that this few days I have been really lazy about completing my homeworks and wasted my precious time on watching drama series. I promised that I will only watch the following dramas to the end and stop watching TV and watching dramas on Internet till the end of "O" Levels. They are, 'Hi My Sweetheart', 'Autumn Concerto' and another HongKong drama which I don't know the title..hehe...I just have to get control of my well-being! yea, I will.

Speaking of which, my dream poly and course I wish to enter is Singapore Polytechnic, International Business. It cut-off points is less than 12 I think. Well, I have to work very very hard to achieve my goal! My aims for my ''O'' Levels are,

English, A2. [I will continue to improve on my writing skills, read more especially newspaper articles and widen my vocabulary range. I can do it, trust me.]

Chinese, A2. [Well, Miss Faizah did asked me why can't I think that I will be able to score A1, but my answer is no. My oral skills is pretty bad and my compo ain't that good yet, work harder ya'll!]

Biology, A1. [I have been improving greatly in my Biology, perhaps it's because I only left with one pure science which means lesser stress and more focus for other subjects especially E.Maths and A.Maths.]

Combined Science (Physics, Chemistry) A1. [I will be a laughing stock if I didn't score A1. hahas. Combined Science is way easier than pure chem and physics so I definitely will be able to score better.]

Combined Humanities (Social Studies, Geography) A1. [This subject is my speciality so you will be surprised if i didn't score A1, I don't wish to disappoint Mrs Fong too. I will definitely be able to maintain my A1s.]

A.Maths, A1. [This is a subject which requires lots of practices, well I'm working very hard on it now and asked lots of questions when I have enquires so trust me I will be able to score my A1 even though I may not be there yet.]

E.Maths,A1. [If I can handle my A.Maths I will also be able to handle my E.Maths too. i practiced a lot of questions recently too, and I will be consistent in my studies this year, 2010! jiayous!!]

So overall my target for my "O" levels is L1R5=7. I will be able to do it....with 99% hard work and 1% luck!

~Going to attend SHINee's autograph session at Lot 1 this coming Sunday with jiamin and patricia. So excited. I'm looking forward to my very last outdoor entertainment outing. Yupps, that's all for today. Study hard everybody!!

MP PHOTOGRAPHY OUTING 230110

Hey Juniors and Friends out there who went for the Botanic Gardens Photography Outing on Saturday. I wholeheartedly want to say a "BIG THANK YOU!" to all of you. Apologies for those who got scolded when they reached home. Overall, the outing was a big success wasn't it?

Hmmm....it has been a long time since we had a photography outing. Truly I really enjoyed myself on that day, being accompanied by 8 juniors and friends who share the same interest as me, PHOTOGRAPHY. Interesting to actually know that many of our members owned a DSLR of their own. Pretty amazing. Imagine out of 8 people 7 were holding professional digital cameras walking around the park taking pictures. Great experience indeed.

Well, there are some parts which did not really went well, for example the bus we took, spent us around 1hr plus for the entire trip to our destination and we were really lost when we were there. We couldn't find Botanic Gardens at first, we continued to walk with the help of Feliz IPhone GPS, hahas. Even inside the park we were lost and couldn't find our way though we asked a lot of people, but they all told us the same thing which is "just walk straight." We were stuck inside Botanic Gardens that we couldn't find our way home...However, in the end, we still managed to go home right? Great achievement and satisfaction to all of us. Right?

Hope that we will be able to organise more photography outings and more juniors will join us ya'll..well that's all I have to share, byes :D

Went to Eunos CC today for a event. Took lots of pictures and even met my senior , Imran who was there for his CIP for Poly. The performances were quite entertaining.

Woke up 5.15am in the morning and went to school for a flag day CIP. Assigned to collect money at Bugis, National Library area. My class, 4E4 to me I felt was the most enthusiated. hahas.

Firstly we went separated ways with 2 or 3 people and we walked the furthest in different directions. I went together with Yong Peng and Shao Yun, we walked all the way to Little India to collect donations. wow! I heard some went to Plaza Singapura, Fort Canning Park (Clarke Quay), Lavender and many more... all by walking. How AMAZING could that be?

Well I think the main reason was there were too many people asking for donations from many schools? Met many types of people today during my first time during flag day. The most interesting group was a group of Thailand tourists outside the temple. I asked them for donations many times but they can't understand me. Then I continued asking other people to donate and they finally understood what I was talking when actions were shown. Funny thing was that they donated money one by one and requested to take a picture with us everytime they donated. hahas, of course we are willing to. ^^

Attended lunch at Eunos CC, 1pm with Senior Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Zainul. He treat us for our hardwork for last year efforts as we won 2 major awards. Food were nice and delicious. Took wonderful photos, quite a lovely lunch.

Headed off together with Patjon and classmates to Temasek Poly to attend the open house to view the school as well as the courses. One word to describe the students "HYPER-ACTIVE!" They were like shouting lots of cheers when we were approaching them that we don't even dare to enter or ran away. But they toured us and chased us back everytime. Wonderful people. Hmmm...after viewing so many courses, I'm kind of interested in the course, "Hospitality and Tourism" and "Business." Into business now. yeah! >.<

Went to East Coast Park at around 8pm today to attend my mum's family BBQ. The food my grandaunt marinated were superb! First time in my life I have ever eaten such wonderful BBQ chicken drumstick. The salad was delicious too.

After eating 3 pieces of chicken and a small bowl of salad, I went to build sandcastle with my cousins. They were super young, and spoke JAVA, luckily I understand. On top of that they tried to use English to communicate with my brother and I too. So embarrassing! =x

BBQ went well and we finished all the food...that's all for today,byes^^

HEY-LO!
Back from holiday from Genting Highlands. Definitely FUN! The saddest thing is we wasted money for the theme park, only played 1 ride and came the heavy downpour! eeeww...Luckily i didn't pay anything, my sis friend treat me ^^
Took lots of pictures and shopped like mad! hahas...so many sales, but didn't go for the 70% sales, forgot the way..Those who bought for me presents, no worries I bought for you Christmas presents too! Let's arrange a day to exchange.
Hotel room was so squeezy! No one slept on the floor though. Oh! forgot to introduce who went there too, they are Nicol, SeYen, Mursidah, YenZhuang, Jurina, Jack, Jude, Tommy, Nicol's Mum and ME! 10 peeps in total. However only managed to book one room cause we went there during super peak hour, Christmas eve, Christmas and weekends. Loves celebrating Christmas overseas.
Have you ever took a cable car down a mountain? Well, I experienced that there not only once but twice..hehe. Bought lots of snacks to bring back to Singapore. I love the night breeze, so cooling and shiok! Try it someday people. Missed it here!
Best memory was I managed to enter casino twice. Two different days with my sis and her friends, I stood there and watched only. Wondering what's the min. age? It's 21. HAHA. The security guards didn't notice I'm a teenage ^^ I hate the smell of the cigarette smoke! yucks! Most of my sis friends won money...Good for them =)
Irritating memories were present too. Several quarrelling among one another and teases from my sis friend. So Infuriating! Got followed alot of times and teased like mad. Nevermind, let bygones be bygones...
Overall, ENJOYED myself is the best part of this trip! ;D

Read the newspaper and Mr. Barack Obama coming to Singapore today for APEC meeting. Mr. Hu Jing Tao also went to Nanyang Secondary yesterday to meet the students. WOW! Too bad can't see them face to face...many roads around suntec area have to be closed due to the meeting in the convention hall, very majestic! ^^

Just came back from NACLi yesterday, exhausted. Yet I have to wake up very early today to attend my Korean Lesson and video production after that. Almost late for lesson luckily rushed cab there. During Korean Lesson when the teacher asked all of us to mention how old are we, the whole class was shocked when I say that I'm fifteen. All of them dropped their jaws, cause I'm the youngest!hahas, the second youngest was like 20?LOL!

Production was rather fun today, film something using durian for the theme Environment. Then went to Mac for lunch. Speaking of this I feel like smacking FelizALA! He told us that he got Sentosa Cove and he dropped it in his house lift when he showed YuQuan his maple cards and ignored the monopoly sticker! $50 000 gone like this, actually wanted to split into each a portion for my SDMA Team and the other half of the winning to charity, helping disasters. Nevermind already cause he lost it, fated not to be his...

Pleasant day. Went for my second bridging lesson today. The most torturous lesson was 4 periods of Humanities. Luckily they were one shot, but I'm feel sleepy during the 4th period...

Shocking day today, yes and I mean it. I was actually having a moody day today until I took a bus home. Upon reaching my stop, there is a middle-aged man motorcycling on a bus lane. I took bus 26 as I changed bus to save time. However, the muddle head bus driver didn't see that man driving in front and when he saw him, he suddenly turned away. I almost lose grip and fall! It's too late, the back of the bus bang that man quite a distance and he was unconscious. Perhaps dead I suppose? I took a glance and he was lying still with passer-by surrounding him.

The bus driver was so troubled he immediately stopped the bus and terminated his bus service. Everyone left, including me. Poor him, so going to be in deep trouble! =x

Back to CCA today, OMG! My worst day of CCA. Imagine a CCA of 40plus people and only 7 turned up for today's CCA. PATHETIC! hahas. We obviously slacked around as we can't be dismissed. Planned the SDMA Teams' members and brainstorm a little on several themes. None of my member was present. Joined the other team for discussion. But in the end, we self-dismissed ourselves 15minutes earlier, Mdm Lam had no choice but to allow. hahas! :D

School resumes tomorrow. Well, I'm in a confuse state of mind now. Tomorrow we will be getting all our examination papers results, ensure of how I will fair? My class is also going to Ngee Ann Poly from 11am to 5.30pm for an Engineering Open House. Pretty interesting right? At least we are not required to stay in that boredom school. Regretted for not studying hard enough for my examinations, my preparatory work aren't enough. Looking on the bright side, now I know my mistakes, I won't overlook it again since next year is an important year. Graduating to Seconday 4.I'm nervous. Wondering why time pass so fast? Luckily there is something known as memories. Wish me all the best for my examination results! :D

Talking about what I have done today, I'm currently addicted to SHINee lastest MV, "Ring Ding Dong." All of them changed their hairstyle. Well I can say that Jonghyun hairstyle was the most suave and it suits him! He rocks! All of them look so charming...making your heart goes ahhhhhs....hahahs =x

Anticipating day. Went with my mum and brother today to check-out our going-to-be house at Geylang East Central. Hmmm...it's a 5-room flat the design was pretty interesting and unique. Boring day turned out to be a meaningful day. Went to Inlingua Language Centre today for my Korean Language class today, forgetting that it's Deepavali. The place is pitch-black, extremely scary and I'm alone at that moment. Gosh! =x

Called my god-bro and went to his house and see him designing an invitation for his friend birthday party with adobe photoshop. Extremely cool and nice ^^
Going with him later on for lunch then head to an elderly hospital to do some voluntary work. Time to pay back to the community huh? hehe...

Finally exams were over!! ^^
It's definitely nerve-wrecking, studied so long and hard for it, HOPE to pass ALL the papers with a decent grade. Ended Biology Paper today, well I can't possibly say that it's easy but it's definitely manageable. Half of the MCQ was set from BIO TYS, hehe...

Heavy rain, gloomy weather after our paper, went to Sheng Siong to buy some ingredients to cook udon at Phyllis house. Jiamin cooked the chicken, corn, mushroom and ham soup. Phyllis cooked scramble eggs and I cut the ingredients. Simply YUMMY! =P
Watched YOUtube videos from Phyllis laptop and headed home at 3.30pm.

Slept half-way and was awake by my sister and her boyfriend to go to KBOX at Katong. Changed and followed them. I sang several songs with my sister's friends, enjoyable. Went to play pool later on, I sat on the sofa and slack! extremely exhausted. Walked home from Katong as it was near to my house. My sister's friends went to my house and chat till 2am! =x
Gave them a CANON printer as we got it free from buying a new desktop'23inch.

Bathe and back to my sleepy island, byes.

Birthday Closure :D

Thank you very much for those who have celebrated my birthday with me. I really enjoyed your companions and filled my day with laughter's and joy. On the very day of my birthday, I remembered that I received a lot of birthday greetings, had dinner during 2C'08 class chalet with my former classmates and my CCA seniors even went down to Downtown East to wish me a very happy 15th birthday during midnight! wow! Really that was unexpected, I stayed on and chatted with them for a hour or so and they sang birthday song for me. The first one I heard for my birthday.

Went back home the next morning, restless. Slept half of my birthday off, exhausted from chalet. hehe. Woke up and went to Parkway Parade to eat dinner with my family and bought my birthday cake from "Four Leaves" the one I yearned for, "Choco Exotic!" Simply delicious. Shopped around the mall for awhile, saw nothing that interest me and went straight home to celebrate my birthday with my cake. That's my second birthday song.

The following Saturday, I went out with my usual group of friends to celebrate a make-up birthday for me. Okay, I know it sounds weird. I was tricked with the meeting location. MiaoJun asked me to go to EHub and they went to SAFRA Tampines to play bowling without even informing me. Once I reached EHub, none of them answered my call except Ben. So I went SAFRA to find them, upon reaching, they called me and inform me that they were coming EHub, I was indeed furious, wasting my bus trip and two hours of my time. Luckily when I took the bus back, my god-brother was in it too, we chatted throughout the journey as we were heading to the same destination.

Finally we met one another, they headed to Arcade to play, the place I detest the most. I stood there and saw them enjoying themselves. Next, we went to "Kopitiam" to eat dinner cause they spent all their money in the arcade...After dinner, XiaoYuan led me to the toilet and the rest secretly bought some mini-cakes from Emicakes for me. That was surprising too, we went to the outdoor area of MacDonald's and sat there. They sang birthday song for me, my third. I mentioned to share the cakes with everyone as I saw them almost drooling off. We ate happily and headed home.

My CCA also celebrated for me in Tampines Mall, watching "Monster v.s Alien" and ate dinner. Lastly, my 'girlfriends' Jiamin and Phyllis celebrated my birthday for me at a Japanese Restaurant at Novena, Revenue House. The food was extremely great, the best I suppose. They bought present for me, a necklace and a pair of earrings. Took a lot of pictures throughout the dinner and went shopping in the near-by shopping malls. Went back home after that seeing nothing which suit us.

Overall, I really really enjoyed my 15th Birthday, a unique experience, finally officially 15! Guess what? My dad just told me that he may be considering to buy me a DSLR! yeas, but have to pile up information of the camera that I want. Hopefully my dreams and wishes COME TRUE! ;D

Woke up at 7.10am in the morning, rushed to school cause lessons starting soon. hehe, almost late, fortunately not. yeas. Studied Biology and Chemistry today, kind of interesting and fast-paced especially for Chemistry, almost lost track. Mdm Haliza teaching is like catching a shutter train, speeding like mad, whosh and done. GOSH! =x

After those two lessons, we have PBL presentation by two other groups. Hamidah's group presentation was extremely creative, lucid and engaging. Heard that Mdm Haliza gave them 9.5/10 and most of us evaluated them and gave above 8 marks, my group 9 marks. Great job!^^

Met Mr. Chua, Jiamin, Jiawen and Jinxin after that, headed to Tampines 1. It's my first time there, the mall was nice! We ate at KIM GARY RESTAURANT for lunch, Mr. Chua treating us. Due to the completion of a Chinese Video Competition on news reporting. It's was a wonderful restaurant, with great service and food. Most importantly their ambassador is Bosco Wang, Hong Kong artiste, my favourite actor. We ate till our stomach were totally filled up, total bill was $88.40! Went separate ways after lunch.

I followed Jiamin to Urban Write, looked around to search for some stationery and hoping to find suitable notebooks for my Science notes. However, they aren't what I'm searching for, continuing the hunt for notebooks the next time. Jiamin bought a pink coloured pen to add on to her coloured pens collection and I bought a new headphone, it's PINK, yupps :D
Walked around to window-shop at some clothing, some caught my eye, going to buy them the next time I shop there with my sister.

Best news, my dad say he's considering to buy me a DSLR next year...oooohhh yea ^^
Simply can't wait that day turning to reality, he asked me whether I want a laptop or DSLR, then I replied, "DSLR, of course!" haha. Can meet up with my cousin next year for Photography, he already had his SLR, envious. Though he is currently staying in Malaysia, it's near. That's all for today, byes.

Busy day today for me, went for Physics SPA lesson early in the morning continuing with E.Maths lesson after that till afternoon. Followed by PBL presentation by 3 groups, good job guys! Your group presentation were extremely entertaining and enriching for me to learn. hahas.

After all the arranged stuffs, I did my group PBL model with my group members for the Nitrogen Cycle, after that I went to take a look at Pat Jon's group PBL presentation in class and joined them for enjoyment and lunch. whosh! =x

Online now, just completed the English LEAD.com blogging, so troublesome! I have keep trying repeatedly for 5 times before being successful. Okay things done for today but not tomorrow, SPRING CLEANING & CATALOGING for MP tomorrow, another busy day ahead for the June Holidays! HELP!! ^^

Feeling extremely tired today, went to Kallang Venture with my SLC friends for a Dragonboating Course. It's very fun and refreshing! :D

Though, we were there early, we managed to find some entertainment especially Fatin and Patjon dramatic "lovebirds" act, they are not attached! Don't get the wrong idea, hahas. We ordered MacDelivery for breakfast while waiting. However, the coach came, so we went to enjoy ourselves in the course first. We learnt basic commands and skills of paddling. Starting it's scary as we are rowing deep into the Kallang River. After some time, I got used to it and like the feeling of it. The instructors were cheerful and talkative i can say, but it's nice. We learnt more about the river, just like another learning journey trip, but with experiences. The course lasted for around 2 hours and we went showering later as we were all drenched. Greatly thanks to Mahdhir for pouring 4 big scoops of water using the scoop in the middle of the river at me as I was sitting in front of him at that time and also the instructor helping others to get revenged as Taichin and I got splashing the front peeps! sorry anyways but it's the fun experience we are yearning for right? hehe :D
Enjoyed our Macdonalds meal after the course, envious faces staring at us as the other dragonboaters were hungry too while we were eating. Too bad!

Talking about yesterday, I met Jiamin and Phyllis at Eunos MRT during late morning to go to Clarke Quay for present search for felizALA. It's his birthday yesterday. After we bought the jar of candies with letterings, "happy birthday," from Sticky we walked to the river and took some pictures together. Proceed to his house at Chai Chee and saw the other of my friends as well as his family members. We played Guitar Hero and Life4Dead for several long hours and ate lot and lots of food. He wanted to make all of us gain lots of weight before leaving his house, evil him!hahas. Played with Perry his dog, while celebrating his Birthday Party. Left his house around 10pm, concluding with "HAPPY 15th BIRTHDAY felizALA!" ^^

Talking about the Forum held by SLC on 23 May, well I can conclude that it's a huge success. Met my primary school friend, guess what? She one of the candidate for her school Prefectorial Board President, best of luck! Surprised seeing my buddies and good friends coming to support, thank you guys!^^
Sorry for not able to go out with you guys often recently, cropped up with lots of projects and competition to complete. Now I'm officially free, update me anything when you guys are planning to go out. I will be present!hahas.

Next up, Studies. That's pathetic. Seriously, I have never imagine my grades to drop so drastically! Bucking up during the June Holidays, I definitely will, trust me. LIFE is such a wonderful journey right? Going to explore more fun and interesting stuffs during the June Holidays. Finally this day have arrived, last day of school. Though school life is enjoyable, but we students deserve a long break right? Why does the school still fully booked our first two weeks of holiday for lessons, torturous. How do you actually define 'Holiday?'

Preparations to be made to go to Feliz's birthday party, meeting Jiamin tommorrow early in the morning for present hunt at 'The Central.' Happy Birthday to him! 18 more days to my birthday, how am I going to celebrate it? with my friends?or? book me alright?hahas.

hmmm....wondering how many people out there still remembering my birthday is coming soon. hehe. Time passes really fast! Well, fast and furious i can say. Rushing SLC project-event this week, luckily my video is completed so there are only some other stuffs to do. This Saturday, SLC Forum, "Are YOUths Stressed?" coming up soon. Hope that you guys will turn up though I will be doing backstage preparations. Things turned out pretty nasty, wondering what those adults are thinking...hais...Adults are such weird creatures, hopefully not able to be one soon. gosh! =x

Nothing special happening in class today, lessons were kind of boring...almost dozing off for all lessons except for Biology. hahas. Got back test results for both Physics and English. High hopes for Physics test expecting an A1 however I got a B4. Sad..but I will be learning from my mistakes cause Physics is my weakest subject among the 3 Sciences. Didn't expect much for English got a D7, fail by a little. Quite contented because i got F9 for the previous Comprehension Test, great improvement!=X

Had a Biology LA Test today without informing us, turned out the paper was kind of easy, assuring a pass. hehe...Changes are happening on my two good friends, stay strong ya'll! Never collapse cause I'm always behind supporting your choices, I'm a NEUTRALIST! so don't try to influence me to side anyone.yeas...Finally completed the English Broadcasting Proposal, kinda crapy but at least i did it. Celebrated Speech Day and Fiesta @ BNSS today. It was AWESOME!^^
Have to wore blazer today because I'm doing usher-ing duty at the hall, so cool. Got my sixth-in-standard in secondary 2 express academic award wearing the blazer cause I'm in the mid of my duty. However, Annie didn't managed to wear her blazer as she took it off right from the start..

After getting that award, i went to change to my CCA shirt with clarrisa to get the other award, recognition for CCA Leader. Extremely happy. Got a total of three awards including CCA Team Merit Award. After the end of Speech Day, award winners were invited to the reception, i queued for numerous cups of drinks. Thirsty like mad so i kept refilling to let the other councilors to drink too, they were so thirsty yet have to do their duties.Poor thing... =x

Next I went to my class 3D booth for Fiesta to do my second shift duty. Perhaps our booth was the most crowded and popular booth because most of them were excited to dunk their favourite teachers. hahahs...Most popular teacher is Miss Fai'zah my form teacher followed by Ms Lenny, Mr. Chua and Mr. Lee.I managed to dunk Mr. Chua together with Jiawen all thanks to Jianyu shooting in the scores for me. Glad that most of our classmates were so engaged in our class booth helping out as much as they can. Thank you so much and most importantly I hope that all of you have enjoyed the Fiesta. When the Fiesta is ending, We helped out to clear our booth and used the filled-up pool of water to water the plants in our school to save the environment ;D

Returned the blazer to Care Force Room. When to MacDonald's together with some of the councilor to eat our lunch and best of all drank a whole up of Green Tea. Quench my thirst as all the drinks at the Fiesta were sold out!Chatted for quite some time before meeting Doreen and friends at KFC. Overall, I enjoyed my day today in school!^^

hmmm....let me tell you about that NIE Chemistry Teacher relieving periods for Mdm Haliza for 3 weeks...OMG how am i going to endure it, his teaching is so sucky, don't even think any of us understood what he's talking about...GOSH!!and worst of all, he looks like a gay!yikes!!!

Don't even think he knows what he is teaching us, "Water state's is a liquid states." like duh, isn't that obvious that water is liquid by nature...he took 35mins on explaining a small box of such things though we can read through it before he finished it. This isn't like any of Mdm Haliza style, how i wish she will be back to school so soon...Most of us complained to him that his teaching is super duber boring constantly but instead of moving forward at a faster rate, he turned out to testing us on many questions repeatedly...HELL MAN!!

To be truth, recently things hasn't been smooth sailing for me. After the results was announced, i got very shocked, stunned and extremely depressed. Seriously, i have been crying for several occasions and i don't know why? Am i feeling innocent? unfairness or what? I DON'T KNOW! Don't even feel like starting any conversation with anyone, hais...what should i do? cry or to stand up for justice?!

Well, i chose to stand up for justice. I want to prove to everyone that I'm deserving to be part of the committee right from the start. It's never been pulling strings through popularity or what so ever okay! There will always be a time limit which i can stretch to...i will give up all my commitments to council and hopes to it if i found out that those who have been pleasing me to make me feel better are all hypocrites! At least i won't feel very depressed in being in the council, instead focusing on my studies and CCA, Media Productions as they have been giving me much hope than anything else in the world. I believed that knowledge is power and it is that only thing in the world which will actually determine anyone's future.

However, through this, i will then realise who are the real hypocrites and who are those loyal and trustful friends whom i can trust and look forward on in my life. For those hypocrites please get lost from my entire life to bring peace and justice especially to the people around me. I don't wish anyone to cause any troubles to my beloved friends, seriously...

Met Annie and some of the rest of the Eunos Community Club Youth Executive Committee (YEC) representatives today at Cityhall. As usual, i was late again. We doubled our speed to the Arthouse in the blue room. While we were walking up the stairs, suddenly i heard a familiar voice calling out to us. We turned 90degrees back and Edmund took a picture of us without notifying. Well, he is the head of Eunos Communtity Club Event Organiser.

He led us the way to the registration table to get our colour sittings. Luckily, I was in the same group with Annie and Hock Rong. On top of that, Yoong Kheong was our group facilitator. We discussed the given topic, "Connectivity," with the rest of the representatives from other 6 YEC. Basically, I found it very hard to relate to the topic "National Identity," as it was too general. Seriously, there was nothing much to talk about as out national identity have already immerse within each and every of us since they day we are born.

Morever, I grabbed this opportunity to know some of the new faces and even started long conversations with them. Through this event, I learnt a lot from others view as well as their experiences as they were realistic and revelant. After the forum, we went to chat with the Guest of Honour, Senior Minister of Transport and Finance. Butterflies were flying in my stomach went she started a conversation with me. I was obviously afraid that i might say something wrong perhaps. Ending of such memorable event with a group photo together with the GOH and the Eunos Community Club people.

Attend SLC meeting with the main organising meeting today from 10am to 12nn, went for lunch for one hour and continued the meeting till 5pm with the rest of the SLC members at Eunos CC then MAC. Tiring, half-day meeting of six hours in total =x

After the long meeting, i rushed home to get changed and meet my god-brother then went to Far East Plaza to joined the rest of my friends at around 6plus. Kinda late actually, went for dinner first at a new Jap fast food restaurant, got so disgusted by the people there and the topics we started to chat so we went off from there. We separated our ways to look for our desired items, curiosity filled my mind on what should i buy?what's suitable? and what shall i buy for Midah's birthday gift?

Shopped the whole mall for several hours finally found a gift, hopefully suitable for her. Otherwise our efforts will be wasted because we ran two storeys of the mall to search for the shop to purchase it. Unfortunately, i was unable to find something to meet my needs. Nevertheless, some of them bought something for themselves as well as others,shopping is definitely enjoying.^^

After the long shop, we sat at a corner of the shopping centre in a circle to share jokes, later on, they started to play "Truth or Dare." I got so disgusted by the questions they asked though it may sound hilarious. OMG QiXiang turned so horny now...beware ya'll!hahas. No offence but seriously. Walked to the nearest bus stop next to go home. Everyone was drenched from head to toe as there's a heavy downpour and none of us have access to umbrella. They took some pictures of the cars moving speedily in it as though it seems fascinating to them. hahahs. Went up the bus, almost shiver, but it was extremely cold yet the air-con is dripping icy cold drips of water. Freezing like an ice place in the freezer, gosh! hais...don't know what to talk about today. It started alright today till the very end... From one of the best day in my life till a day which i hate the most, memorable still...

Celebrated Amirul's 'Birthday Bash,' by the class today, quite alot of us brought small bottles of powder to school today to pour on Amirul. Orginally the plan was that we only pour on Amirul. However, once we steeped out of Geography Room, some of us took turns to pour powder on Amirul until Pat Jon started to pour powder on Joey. Revenged on one another started and soon later, everyone turned 'WHITE!'

It was extremely fun. After that, some of us went to the washroom to clean up. We started to pour powder on Am the moment she stepped into the toliet. One after another, poor victims. hahas =x

It was fun till i went to cca for a meeting and everything went haywire. Don't wish to say a single word out...

CNY Celebration With Family and Relatives^^

Woke up at 10plus today, watched my television till 1plus then helped out with the preparation of celebration stuffs, snacks. Washed up and changed into new clothes to go to my grandfather house to visit my uncle and grandfather. However when we were about to leave, my uncle arrived at my house. So the plan was called off. My cousins were extremely cute one 5 years old and the other 2 years old. They were from my mum side so i have to speak bahasa Indonesian with them. Gosh didn't practise for a long time, rusty. Gotta brush up my speaking skills =x

At around 6plus, some of my relatives from my dad's side came to celebrate as some of them were from Malaysia. hmmm...we played cards and chatted. Best of all i scrutinized my cousin photo album of pictures he took. He's from Photography Club in his school, Malaysia. I felt so lousy when i saw his pictures, they were so professional! I experimented his Digital SLR, damn cool!! He promised to teach me Photography went he come to Singapore next time, he also mentioned that Chinatown is a nice location too. Can't wait till that day...

They ate dinner at my house, Steamboat. It's too crowed so we have to split to two or three times so that everyone can eat. Chatted with my uncles and aunts mostly on academic, what else can they mentioned?? Before they leave, we celebrate my youngest brother 10th birthday. We sang birthday song unison and he blew the candles, Swensens Ice Cream Cake. So jealous that he got extra red packets. Last year it was my elder younger brother whose birthday falls on Chinese New Year too...nevermind, mine's on one of the Father's Day. hahas. Took some pictures and most of us ENJOYED!=)

Tomorrow there's going to be more visiting. Here and there...and I'm not intending to sleep early. HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!^^

MP REUNION DINNER

Thanks for organising the MP Reunion Dinner on 23 January'09, Friday at Soul Garden (TM). It was simply GREAT! or should I say AWESOME?! hahas.

The food were delicious with wide variety of different delicacies. hmmm...though sitting with the same table with Jared, Adrian, Edwin, Zhanqing and Paul was a little crappy, cause I'm the only female but it was fun. The worse part was the cooking of two or three raw eggs at the grill thing. OMG! that was really messed up, imagine a grilled filled with egg that was hard to turn-over and it's burning, overflowing...I remembered Paul using the big scoop to scrap out the egg to the side then wash the utensil inside the hot-boiling soup. YIKES!=x

Luckily we requested the manager to change our grill and soup. Otherwise we will be joining the other table to cook the food. squeeze! After the changed, our grill was shining, others admired and we used it wisely this time. haha. My table took enough food for everyone, just nice. While other tables have to smug the food down their throat, terribly full. At that moment when the rest were still eating, borrowed Jiayi's phone to take pictures in action. Crazed broke out, and everyone were taking pictures with one another eagerly till her phone went flat! Group photos were taken for every table including mine and before we leave, we took some overall formal group photos and some retarded fun shots...

After dinner, everyone were extremely full, almost puking. Adrian went home first. Whereas the rest of us went to 'Timezone' to play. We were cheating all the way playing those kiddy games ridiculously...The King of the Cheater was Nicholas. We played the new machine which we need to use the balls to hit the screen stuffs. That was supposedly to be two-player game, however, there were like 10 of us squeezing to hit the screen. Nicholas sat on the side of the machine helping us to scoop extra balls with is sufficient for all of us, towards the last stage, Nicholas leaned all the way to the screen and helped us to use the ball to touch the screen whenever we were unable to hit the thing, ending off with him using the ball to touch all the things in the screen and we WON!

We went to play the kiddy bowling next, few of us have to take turns to roll the ball, whereas the rest squeeze to the side to use their hands to hit the rest of the bowls down and there's a STRIKE! Subsequently, the rest stood on the next bowling floor to kick the bowls down like mad! Later on, we played the mini basketball. Jared and Nicholas sat on the side of the machine and use their hands to grab onto the ball and hit it in and out of the basket not letting go of it till it ended with 200plus points. After that, we played a match on the air hockey machine. Everyone crowd around it and cheer for the players. Lastly, some of us went to ride on the kiddy ride near the entrance for a few times and took video of it, ending off with a group shot on the ride. hahas. It was a fun place to burned out our carbohydrates as we laughed land played like mad in the arcade till it closed. Went home straight. ^^

Hey guys!

Sorry for not managing to update my blog for the past few days...busy organising my CCA Open House Preparations and the actual day plans. Finally it's over, no more rushing of editing even though it's kind of fun and guiding my juniors on preparation stuffs for both hall and mp room. DEADBEAT =x

Although due to long and draggy principal talk which lasted for about 3-4 hours, followed by our CCA Open House for less than a hour, we managed to have lots of fun through the process. Promoted my CCA to some of the secondary ones and their parents, well...i think they are interested in it! Nice^^

Best of all was the 'ZILAN-ings' with my mp members using our mp camera. After the whole event, packed up. We took a few shots of group photos of the members on duty for memories. Next, the 'black shirt crew people,' the sec 3s, sec 4s, sec 5s and alumni. We took lots and lots of pictures together, mostly fun shots. Changed around with different people to take pictures with them, fooling around acting some 'retarded looks' to snap it down! however, it was FUN of course! That lasted for 45min- 1hour plus. We must be super HYPER that moment ;D

Can't wait till Monday to transfer all the pictures we took together, Secondary One Orientation pictures and our mp 'out of CCA, bonding sessions snaps' into my thumb-drive and enjoyed it at home...Today Physics tuition after the CCA Open House was tiring, i almost fell asleep while the teacher was talking and without realising I'm actually asking some weird questions which i don't even know why?!oh my gosh...Luckily Adrian passed me sweets to eat to keep me awake in the middle of the lessons and i energized^^

After the session, i saw a lot of 4Es people, friends of shiqi. Chatted with them for quite some time. Now my tuition centre are mostly from Bedok North Secondary, all thanks to shiqi. Went down with them to buy a cup of bubble tea to drink, went back home.

Facilitated 1D2 with Amirul, Leader and i'm the assistant. I met a lot of new juniors and all of them are interesting. The weirdest name i knew today was 'Dong Do,' he is a guy from Vietnam. hmmm...let me see, if im not wrong, there are plenty of them who are foreigners from this class. COOL right?! hahas. Starting, during the ice-breaking games, my class was so dEAd!=x
After Amirul and Sheeren reprimented them, all of them became HypER and much more cooperative! yeas. Easily to work well with them, BEST GROUP man! ;D

Slept at five last night and woke up at one plus today. Washed up, prepared my stuffs then rushed out of the house as usual for my Physics tuition. Late for fifteen minutes! Now there's only two students for Physics Lesson, Adrian and me. I heard from him that the other two quited. Kind of good, cause now i can just ask questions which i don't understand directly to the teacher. Learnt chapter two today, continue from the last lesson but focused on answering the questions. STUCK! for the whole session, simply can't understand the questions meaning so the teacher have to explain most of it to me. However, at the end of the lesson, i managed to solve one full question by myself and got it correct! Learnt something new today, especially the topic i hate most, i guess?

After my Physics session, i went to the reception area to double check my make-up sessions timing and my tuition payment. Followed by taking bus 197 to meet my friends at Bedok Interchange. While waiting for them, i walked around there and saw two of my friends, fatin and zhan qing. so coincidence! haha. Finally they arrived, went to Long John Silver to eat our lunch/dinner. Sat there and chatted for quite a moment then we proceed to take bus 14 to meet veron. She board the same bus and brought us to a new ice-cream shop, 'Ice-cream Chef' to eat ice-cream! I didn't eat cause there's no flavour to my liking same goes to ben and gerald. We waited for the rest to finished their ice-cream then we go to veron's house nearby playground to play. Sat with my kor on the way there in the bus. The most irritating part about him was when he sang the edited 'lonely' song when i'm sitting on the bench quite a distance away, looking at them playing. Joined them awhile later, sitting on the three-sided aeroplane with miao jun and veron while gerald sat in the middle.

We chatted, sang songs for several hours. While doreen, ben and ian have some private stuffs to talk about. Walked to the bus stop, they took bus 45 to someplace whereas miao jun and i walked a few bus stops down to take bus 2. Talked with her a lot of stuffs on the way back...went home, edited the minutes for the meeting, email them and got to go to sleep! byes ;D

Finally today is the FIRST DAY of school yet the last day of the week too! Many of us were pondering why do they still need us to come to school for only one day and back to our sweet weekends? Nevertheless, no regrets. Missed my friends so much! gosh, especially from 2C! saw all the guys wearing long pants now. Some look nice on them whereas some looks weird, kind of funny =x

Report late for councilor duty today for like two to three minutes! Morning meeting ended so early, especially today. Arrived at the school gate, surprised seeing Hamidah, Annie and the rest started doing their gate duty, extremely early. Asked them, "Have the meeting ended? Am i late again?!" They replied, " Ehhs SEYONG you're late, meeting ended already, orhh hor!!" so emphatic! Those people who are entering the gate were like staring at me. Can't do anything much so i just smile, thanked them and proceed to the concourse. Duty today was quite slacking for my group, no relief slips and no duty is assigned to us. Sat around at the concourse and chat with the rest of the councilors. Helped around when they need help, guided some new foreign students from sec twos to their new classes together with Taichin. Walked back to our new classroom in a big group cause there's eleven councilors in my class, great!;D

Miss Faizah is my form teacher and Miss Lenny is my co-form teacher. Sounds exciting working together with them as well as the class. Miss Faizah explain all the school stuffs for several hours whereas Miss Lenny stood there and agreed to what she said. Class progress quite a lot today, so fortunate to have Hamidah as my class partner. haha. There's like seven councilors who have to do frequent morning duties everyday in my row, empty seats early in the morning will be a usual sight, i guess. Worst of all is the sudden photo taking today, seriously i looked so retarded with my new hairstyle! Still need to pin up fringe to take the individual photo. Almost every girl was like, "why need to pin up fringe? looks so stupid and ugly!" I agreed totally, no choice, Mrs Yeow caught me too. Ended the school day with briefing at school hall for Secondary Three Level Camp and CCA Registration format. The briefing is very boring, chatted all the way with friends beside me =p

School ended, went to Kerry's house to borrow PE shirt and shorts to change for the Mass Dance Practice later in the afternoon. Seeing them eating their lunch nearby Annie's and Kerry's house, too full to eat so i drink beverage. Mass Dance practise was very very fun today. Everyone got so HYPER! we danced like mad to prepare ourselves for the Secondary One Orientation Camp. My partner was Wenfeng, Ester and Annie. Discussed what we preparing for the concert night a little then went to MAC to eat dinner with them. Chatted for like so long...on the way to the bus stop, i disturbed a 'couple.' They got so irritated until i can heard what they were shouting across the street. hahas. CHILL!! Took the same bus as Amalia,chatted throughout the bus journey, went home, exhausted then go to take a short nap.

Rejected all my friends to go countdown with them today. Surprised when a lot of different group people asked me to join them. Miao called me today around 4plus and asked me where am i? thinking that i will be joining them for her anniversary with _____, and countdown with them at Suntec. Didn't join them in the end.

Today was a very busy day for me i suppose. I got wake up call from Patjon informing me that he's sending me the holiday homeworks and some councilor stuffs (to print). Luckily he sent me the holiday homeworks so i can complete cause i LOST all my homeworks. Misplaced them. I went for a new haircut, it looks very weird! Next i went to Katong Shopping Centre to buy a new school skirt, waiting for it to be authored...Later on, i took bus 135 to Parkway Shopping Centre. Walked past 'Borders,' shocked to see that they only left less than half of the 'Twilight,' series books they had previously the other day. Hurry to get one copy if you want to! =x
Bought some hair accessories at 'Mini Bits' and 'Chameleon,' for my school days. Followed by buying a new pair of school shoe then went to GIANT to buy some stuffs with my maid. Back to my home after shopping for school's stuffs.

Ate the sushi which i bought just now with my siblings. yummy!;D
Printed all my holiday homeworks and the councilor stuffs, edited them. Hopefully it will be much more pleasant and convenient for our morning duties. Watched television programmes in between while doing those stuffs with my sister's friends. Skipped dinner today, no appetite to eat. Best of all, i learnt how to put on my new clear contacts. My sister taught me so, i took a very very long time to learn how to and even delayed her precious time going out for COUNTDOWN at Sentosa with her friends.

Didn't manage to go out today cause my mum and maid went to 'Popular' to buy the rest of my siblings and my books. So i have to stayed at home the whole day to take care of my younger brother. How i wish that he is a few years older so he can stay at home by himself. That's what my another brother and my elder sister said too, extremely troublesome! Turned down to watch 'Twilight' with my cca friends, hopefully they enjoyed the movie.

My younger brother used the laptop the whole day whereas i watched television programmes followed by reading my new storybook which i bought yesterday. 'Wuthering Heights,' by Emily Bronte. I read the first two chapters and it was electrifying!^^

Discussed with my parents upon changing one of my open-shelf to a glass bookshelf so i can keep all my newly books collection in the future. However, currently they are occupied with their works. Therefore i have to wait until the end of Chinese New Year then they will change it for me. yeas...finally i will have my very own mini book library! Can't wait till that day arrive :)

Enjoyed my entire day today with my good friends, Patjon, Amalia and Jasmine today. We met one another at Bedok Interchange platform. When i arrived, Patjon started to question me whether i brought extra clothing because they are planning to play with water at the outdoor sky park in Vivo. I was surprised upon hearing that, he didn't inform me to bring any extra clothing beforehand. We took MRT to Harbourfront. The worst and luckiest thing happened on the same timing. When Jasmine and i was about to enter the MRT, i suddenly close the door very quickly. Forgetting that there are two doors suddenly i remembered and pulled her back. Luckily, she didn't injured her hands otherwise it will stuck there for four minutes.

We took the next MRT and met Patjon and Amalia at Harbourfront station. The first thing we did was to queue to buy 'Twilight' movie tickets. Then we played with water! We splashed Patjon the most and the best thing was that they can't splash a lot of water on me cause I'm the only one who didn't bring extra clothing!haha. I poured water on Patjon's hair to wash the wax away and so did the rest. Later on we walked to the other side in the water...so relaxing but there's a lot of small bits of stone hurting our legs.

We walked to the toilet and they changed their clothing. We bought our lunch at Long John Silver and hid it inside our bags and went into the cinema. We had our lunch while watching 'Twilight.' It was a very thrilled experience that i ever have. 'Twilight,' was a extremely enchanting movie. My favourite part was when Edward piggyback Isabella Swan on his back and sped through the thick forest very quickly, showed how dangerous he was to her. Luckily she wasn't afraid of him, Edward showed how he will look like under sunlight and i found it very glamorous. The other part was when Isabella stood on Edward's legs and they danced. It was so romantic! Almost broke into tears in some parts but Jasmine explained the whole movie while i was watching so it was kind of expecting! Overall i enjoyed the movie a lot. Hoping to watch it again^^

After the movie ended, We went to all the bookstores at Vivo to find the 'Twilight,' series books because Patjon wanted to purchase it. Luck ran out, all the bookstores said it was SOLD OUT! Now it's harder to find the book, it's like finding a needle in a haystack. Next, we went to Singapore Post 'Popular' to search for it, same results. Later on, we took bus 76 to Parkway. Headed straight to 'Popular' but we still couldn't find it. It was ironic when most of the bookstores even placed a piece of paper at their counters and shelves to inform the customers that the 'Twilight,' series books were currently sold out. It was so over-popular until these bookstores have to take such actions. =x Walked to 'Borders', we were delighted the upon reaching. Saw a whole stack of 'Twilight' and 'New Moon' at the front table.

We rushed in and Patjon took both of the books. Jasmine took 'Twilight, the movie edition' book. We paced around in the bookstore, browsing through other books. We chatted while looking through the books. We saw 'Twilight' and 'New Moon' was placed at the front, middle and side of the shop. Finally, Amalia and I found a book of our liking, 'Wuthering Heights.' It was written in 'Twilight,' Edward's and Isabella's Literature book. The synopsis of the book sounds interesting, made me so engaged upon buying it. Patjon, Amalia and I made an agreement on we will arrange one day with one another at least once a month to go to bookstores to buy new storybooks to read. Now I'm determine to pick up reading as my hobby! After we found our books, we paid for it at the cashier and went out the store. We chatted for awhile then Jasmine and i went home whereas Patjon and Amalia went to eat their dinner. Today is an AWESOME day!;D

Woke up rather late today cause i slept at five plus yesterday. Upon heading out of my door and go for Biology tuition, i double-checked the make-up sessions dates. Gracious me! i mixed up the dates, i missed the make-up session, got so confused what is the actual time for tuition so i text shiqi. Unfortunately she replied late and i couldn't make it in time for Biology tuition so i just skipped it again.

Took bus 60 to Eunos Community Centre (CC). When i arrived, i lost my way there, beeped annie to lead me in. Everything started by then. I was appointed to help out with center game stall, something that got to do with shooting the balls in the bonus holes to score as much points as possible. I worked with two people whom i don't even know. Ice age started to break and we started to communicate with one another. Found out that both of them were too from Bedok North!^^

Queues were long as the tickets were given out free door-to-door. People of different ages got enticed by my stall game so they went forward to play. Luckily mostly were cooperative! One of the moment the guest of honour (GOH) went to my stall and started to question me on how to play the game. I replied and the other two helped me to elaborate a little. Hopefully the pictures taken by the photographer were not being published!=x However during that period, there was a very young boy, kind of troublesome cause he kept taking the balls from the ball holder and shot non-stop. We tried to stopped him by we didn't managed to. With the GOH helped, he managed to handle him and others got a chance to play.

We stood for several hours entertaining the customers till our legs were aching. A half an hour break was given in the middle, immediately everyone sat on the floor until the games resume. After all the stalls were officially closed, annie, jasmine and i got privileged to get an ice-stick each. We joined the buffet dinner at the next block. Chatted with some people in-charge of Eunos Zone 3 cause they were very friendly. The food were alright and i ate till i was so full. After dinner, we walked to the bus stop and went our separate ways. Made my new contact lens at Bedok Interchange with my sister later on. So excited to wear it soon! =x

Skipped my Physics Tuition today to attend SLC forum planning meeting. Met Tai Chin and Jasmine at Bedok Interchange at 1.15pm. I arrived late, luckily i'm punctual for the meeting. We planned a lot of things today and it's kind of progressive! great work guys!^^ I was appointed to be the chairperson and everyone of us were appointed with a role to play too. Looking forward upon working with everyone, seems exciting!

Meeting ended around 5pm. Annie, Hamidah, Wenfeng and i volunteered to help out with the door-to-door flayers distribution to the nearby blocks for an event tomorrow. It was interesting cause all of us get to learn something new. Hock Rong treated us snacks and dinner. Wenfeng and i insisted to pay him money but he ignored. Yong Kiong said that it's an rare occasion that he will treat people dinner. haha. We chatted quite a lot of things while eating. Found out something that Hock Rong and i don't like to eat some common spices! After dinner, we accompanied Annie to Eunos CC to get her stuffs. Went our separate ways. Annie and i walked all the way to Eunos Mansion bus stop. We chatted a lot of things on the way. Finally my bus arrived, went home.

Going to attend my Biology tuition then rushed down to a block near to Eunos CC to help out in an event after my tuition tomorrow. Hoping that tomorrow will be a fun and enriching experience for those who attend!^^

Hey buddies!

So sorry for not joining you guys today to watch 'Bedtime Stories!' Don't feel like going out today cause very very exhausted. Want to know the real reason? Ask me through MSN i'm sure you will be shocked! Actually the truth is that i'm too obessed to my TV today. Because my favourite tv programme got alot of continuous christmas edition episodes. opps!=x

hmmm...I heard that you guys have lots of fun without my presence too. So i guess that i won't feel so guilty after today. It's Christmas!!hahahs. Forgive and Forget is the best thing you can do during christmas and any part of your day!^^

Celebrated CHRISTMAS EVE and phyills's Birthday today at huixuan's house. Our plan worked! We managed to fool phyllis. hahas. I met jiamin first at her house then we go to tampines mall to meet huixuan and xunjing. We walked the whole mall to find suitable presents for phyllis's birthday presents and christmas exchange presents among ourselves. We up and down and down to up repeatedly! extremely tiring but it's the process that we enjoyed! so it doesn't really matters to us. Finally i bought a fancy star necklace for phyllis from mini bits.

The moment we reached huixuan house's doorstep, huixuan went in to distract phyllis away while we tried to sneak in. It was pretty easy cause phyllis waited for us till she dozed off. We hit inside huixuan room and planned how we are going to exchange the christmas presents and how are we going to give phyllis all her birthday presents in a joyful way? An idea stroke my mind of letting her find her gifts with slogans and we placed the presents all around her house. We called huixuan for items that we need and place that are suitable to hide the presents. We pretended as huixuan's grandmother to reduce our suspicion. We coughed while laughing to make the old grandma couching's...Plans were done.

Went out of the room and shocked phyllis cause they are singing, karaoke. Songs that we were familiar, we sang like mad! it was great! next we went to huixuan room to start the christmas gifts exchanged. We have to lucky draw lots of time in order not to get someone else's gift. Then we blindfold phyllis and brought her downstairs. She was shocked when she i removed the blindfold and the rest 'pop' the poppers at her. I didn't played with the poppers basically too afraid of the sounds! gosh! =x

Walked to the convenience shop to buy some snacks and drinks, took the lift back up. Mission continued. We instructor xunjing to pass phyllis the next item which is the first clue to her present. It was a log cake we bought! next to the washing machine, cabinet, wardrobe and side desk for her presents. The process was extremely funny and enjoyable cause phyllis was very cute especially when she's clueless what's next?! We used the microphone to announce phyllis stages, closeness to her presents and clues! yeas^^

The game ended earlier than we expected so we walked to the kitchen to eat the snacks, agar-agar and log cake. huixuan's mum treat us to eat lunch! it was very very filling but yummy! watch tv and sing lots of songs after that with them especially jiamin until the three of them decided to go to arcade. huixuan and i stayed behind, i obsessed with the tv programmes, too bad! hahas. Seven plus in the evening they came back from tampines. We had our torturous dinner! it was so SPICY!! huixuan's mum cooked tom-yum noodle for us, it was handmade. She kept telling us that it wasn't as spicy cause she only put 1 scope of chili instead of 3! we were dying man!! all of us were passing the food around and the only one who enjoyed the food is xunjing! =x

I had a fun-filled day with their accompanies on Christmas Eve today, wishing everyone especially them and my fellow buddies, disciple and kor(s) a JOYFUL MERRY CHRISTMAS AHEAD! keep looking forward! especially for it! yeas^.=!

EXTREMELY EXHAUSTED! Came back from Student Council bonding camp. Today is a extremely excited day! We had lots and lots of fun that i couldn't even remember all!haha. Report to school at 6.50a.m today, guess what?I'm punctual!!Prepared and briefed everyone on what they will be presenting later. NACLI and HALOGEN Young Leaders' Day 2008 experiences sharing session. I was so nervous, plenty of buterflies in my stomach! I think i presented quite awful! I spoke too fast! Luckily we got Patjon to sumarise the whole Halogen Powerpoint Presentation.

The games for ice-breaking and the games with clues were rather boring. They were all repeated for the past few years, so we completed mostly all station early. My favourite was the tele-match games! it was AWESOME! new games were introduce...best of all was the game which we have to put our hands on the person standing in front of us shoulders and have to prevent other groups to snatch the rafia string from the last person. We have to protect it! Even though some got injured during the game,overall, my group won the game! yeas^^
It started to rain during the last game. Everything stopped and we proceed our way to the AVA Room. We listened to the Hainan Island Presentation talk. Breaks were given next and the formal excos started a entertainment session, 'The Noose!' They made everyone laughed to the top of our heads! Some participated when we were requested by the interviews...Learnt new dancesteps for the song 'Chori Chori' it is an Indian Dance for the Orientation Mass Dance Session! It was extremely fun cause everyone were sporting and participated actively. Therefore, we got it done kind of fast for the first few parts, to be continued tomorrow...

Too tired to share anything for now...looking forward for a thrilling day tomorrow!^.=

Woke up at five plus early in the morning today and went to school to report for student council duty. Saw those secondary two'o9 selected councillors, there were much more compared to my batch. I was assigned to help class 1D together with Amirul, Jasmine, Huixuan and three other secondary two councillors. I chose to help the teachers, Mr. Ng and Mr. Aliff at the front, helping them by passing them the arranged forms. It was quite rather exciting cause i get to see all the new faces and conversations between the teachers, parent and child. haha.

After the Secondary One Registration, We packed all the chairs. Upon Packing, Mr. Said requested Taichin, Kerry, Rina and i to go down to the bookshop to help out. We were asked to guide the parents and students the place to queue and some other instructions. Got bored, so we went in to help out with the packaging of books. There were a lot of book lists, all of us were walking about taking this and that...Finally, the crowd was cleared. We went to the Care Force Room to take our belongings and went straight to the canteen to have our lunch.

Went home next to get some stuffs and changed my shoes. Took MRT to Buena Vista then bus 200 to NACLI. Walked into the Reception Centre, the receptionist helped us by calling all the trainers. Almost went out of luck cause all the trainers were clearing their leaves...Luckily we managed to contact Mr. Darren. He told us that he does not have the video and photos with him cause there were with Miss Lim Choy Leng. We were so desperate that we messaged him to help us to try finding for it. Saw him walking out the gate and waved goodbyes to us.He replied, "Will be back at 2pm after lunch."

No choice, chatted with the receptionist for a moment. Walked around the familiar campsite and took some pictures of the surrounding with Annie's phone. At two plus, Mr. Darren came to us and passed us a disc which contain the video and photos. Oh Gosh!! Thank him so much!!^^
Took MRT to Annie's house to complete our PowerPoint for this coming Monday presentation for NACLI. Walked back home around five plus, on the way back, i pondered, "How am i able to pass Pat Jon the video and pictures so that he can use those for his PowerPoint?" Saw two familiar faces on the way back, it was Patjon and Nadia! Walked towards them and chatted for awhile then passed him my portable hard disk then continue my journey home...

Can't wait till Monday to present our Powerpoint presentation and a surprise item! It was so fantastic^.=! On my way now completing the skeleton of the Young Leaders' Day Powerpoint presentation so that i can send it to Annie to edit! yeas

Finally! I'm back from Media Productions Chalet. Feeling so exhausted, came back home put down all the heavy stuffs then went out to eat 'BRUNCH' with Adrian and Vince. Talking about MP Chalet, this year it was held at ARENDA country club, it was spacious and comfortable. However, there nothing much to do in there. No plans were made beforehand so everything was done by all our mood.

Went out to buy christmas exchange presents along with Adrian and Edwin at White Sands not long after we reached the location. Ate our lunch was first on list, burger king!hahas. Edwin and i shared a new pie called 'chocolate pie,' yikes it taste so horrible! Next up, went to 'More Than Words' and 'Comics Connection' to find suitable presents. It took us two long hours to set our mind on what to buy. Walked to E-HUB to meet the rest of them and met Nicholas on the way back.

FAIRPRICE NTUC. All of us were there to buy some bbq food and other stuffs. Got bored so i took the keys from Jiayi to go back to arenda, some followed too. BBQ night was AWESOME! Even though i went down late with Shiqi and some other cause we were inside watching TV programmes, there were still plenty food left for us to bbq. In fact, we ordered too much food till we have to force ourselves to stuff food down our stomachs in the end. Satays especially!hahas. After the seniors went up, Vince, Shiqi, Adrian and I stayed behind to chat for hours. Ate desserts while chatting.

Cleared the stuffs and went up to bathe immediately. Can't stand the bbq smell!=x Movie Marathon was up next, we watched 'I'm The Legend' first followed by some other shows. After watching movies, we stayed up and chatted till we are very very exhausted and 'KO!' Few hours later i went in the room and sleep...z.z.z...Woke up in the morning, unaware of the timing cause Paul and Shangyi woke me up. Washed up and packed my stuffs then sat around started our conversations again till the room keeper came in.

hais...Last minute was informed report to school by 7a.m to do duty for Secondary One Registration. Going to NACLI with Annie tomorrow after it to collect some stuffs with the camp instructors^.=!looking forward for the day do end and meet new faces and wonder how will they be like...

Today is a total bore at the start and the end! Simply spent my day today flipping my books in the afternoon, don't really understand what it is about specially PHYSICS! 'slam!' books closed! Straight to the television screen, watched some interesting documentaries to widen my general knowledge rather than sitting down there staring at words the whole day...

Kept changing channels up and down, love to watch documentaries so much man! 'Discovery Home and Health' is always labeled top in my list, followed by 'History Channel', 'National Geographic Channel', 'Discovery Channel' and 'Animal Planet.' Used to watch drama series from Monday till Sunday all year round until dad influenced me to watch documentaries. Watching surgery are my loves. Pretty well you might be able to guess what's my ambition? RECONSTRUCTIVE PLASTIC SURGEON. Many were kept in the dark and not expose, hoping to change their lives by doing something beneficial to them in the future!^^

Watch along a show with my brothers in 'Disney Channel' one of the original movie, 'The Adventurous Journey of Food Boy.' It was so awesome. How i wished i could be like Ezra, magically makes food come out from my hands and it taste so DELICIOUS too! Best part is that it will stick with you forever! Pondering about if i really have this special ability, firstly, i will never starve to death cause food is 24/7 available for me. Secondly, i will be able to make a large quantity of yummy food and send it to countries where people are starving like mad! settle their starvation so that everyone can survive^^ Lastly, i will be able to make a lot of appetising food to feed my buddy, Doreen a.k.a DINOSAUR so that she won't "ROARrrrrr!" for food!haha

To end up my day, today got a little reprimand from my dearest god-brother. However, it's good thought of him reminding me the date we become god-siblings. Totally forgot the date. opps!=x No worries from now on cause fifth december o'8 will always be remembered the moment it started deep inside my heart. hmmm...perhaps i have to plan what to get for you on our first 'gans-monthly-versary gans-anniversary!'
Otherwise you might think i had forgotten about it.

Woke up at 2pm today, ate breakfast and went straight to my tuition centre. Late for tuition for three minutes! luckily lesson have not start yet. Stood outside chatting with adrian and weijie till we were told to enter the room. weijie waited outside for our lesson to end so adrian and him will go for their A.maths lesson while i'm waiting outside.

Physics lesson. It was TERRIBLE! Although the lesson was repeated cause some did not attend for last sat lesson, it was taught by a different teacher, Mr. Ng. The way he talked made us all so confused. I hardly understand what he was trying to teach or explain. Worksheets were given out to us and we have to complete one of it on the spot.

I only managed to understand a few questions and answered it correctly. As for the rest, duh, it was totally WRONG! 12/24 questions were correct. Wanted to asked for explanations for those which i got it wrong but i can't simply ask explanations from the teacher for like twelve questions?! it would be so unfair to the rest. oh gosh! who can i seek for help?perhaps the textbook i think...mugging my textbooks tomorrow!

Anyways i was told last minute by my mum on the day before that i have to attend dinner at my aunt house at 7 pm after my tuition session. She's inviting us to her new house to have a look as well as having a mini party. I'm so sorry that i have to reject the plan that we planned yesterday after my tuition session buddies. Really can't make it to slack around with you guys at East Coast Park. Hopefully all of you have enjoyed yourself without my presence! haha =p

Today i slept like a log till 12nn, got scolding from mummy for waking up late, cannot use computer too long le. hais...washed up. Started studying for my Biology and did my homeworks. Rejected to go out with doreen and my buddies. sorry cause haven completed studying. study, study and more studying till i dozed off...z.z.z...

4.59pm!oh gosh!!i'm so going to be dead =x my tuition session started at 5pm. Rushed out of my house immediately after preparing and cab there. Late for tuition session today, luckily didn't get scolded from my tutor. Biology lessons was rather interesting cause i read it up before going i dozed off. Within a few minutes, I caught up with the lessons and asked a lot of questions.haha.
Best thing for today session was that there will no be any tuition homework!so shiok!!only the sec 4s'o9 got homework cause i haven studied the topics yet so my tutor spared me. yeas^^

After my tuition session, my buddies came over from east coast beach to find me for dinner. Lost their way back...i sent shiqi off to the bus stop and went to Parkway shopping centre to walk walk while waiting. Half an hour later, miaojun beeped me, told me to meet them at mac. I walked back to somewhere near my tuition centre and ate dinner with them. Gerald came back to meet us, all thanks to doreen!haha. However, dinner ended a moment later doreen have to rush home. all went separated ways and go home.

Hoping tomorrow will come soon, Physics tuition session. Wonder who will be there? and too meet my buddies after doreen and my tuition session to go to east coast beach to play!=D
